Yesterday I stopped by the KFC at 3551 Bradshaw Rd and bought 16 pieces, but they forgot to add a small fries to my order. I called the store today and Antonio's assistant manager answered. He told me to come to the store and he would replace it. When I got to the store, he replaced it and gave me a chocolate cake. I really liked Antonio's service.

I come over there at 8:00 and you're already closed. Seriously you can't sell anything. If you close your doors early, at least put it on Google you close early this is no way to run a business. Needs new management

The food quality is terrible for the amount of money you pay here. Got the 7 piece mashed potato meal for about $21 and change. Didn't know the gravy came already on the mashed potatoes. it usually comes separately. Also, these chicken legs were smaller than my daughter's hand, and she's 13..... The service is great! Always had nice people help us here, but the food and prices are beyond poor. Do better to keep customers coming back!

I felt cheated. I ordered 12 piece crispy meal. I checked my sides and they were correct. I didn't bother checking my chicken because they have biscuits on top. I got home and found out that it was mainly dark meat (mainly dumbsticks) which they have a deal going on 10 dark meat for half the price.
