Bad customer service, they don't make your food till you get there so it takes super long, food was bad, half of my items are always missing from the bag, they never give the sauce you ordered, and the chicken is dry and old. Never going back.

Got the $5 special with 2 drum sticks, biscuit and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so old and dried out. We should of taken it back instead of throwing it out. We usually really like their food. But this time was so bad how can they honestly put those drum sticks in the box for their customers. Just hope we don't get sick from eating their food.

Always, always check your order before you leave or drive away from the window or step away from the counter. Let's put it this way. Even if you are standing at the counter and you watch the person put your food in the bag you should still check that same exact bag and make sure that the item is in the bag because that is how bad this place is. This location has gotten very busy over the years and even more busier than when we first moved in the area 7 years ago and I can tell you one thing for sure never leave without checking your order.

My cell phone app could not let me place an online order. I walked in restaurant asking for help. The counter help asked the manager, and she told me that they cannot help me with online order. I can order in store for store price, not online price. I said that I am not at fault for app technical difficulty. She told me that I am not at fault either, bye! I didn't place the order, and I left! I have never encounter such rude services. I will never want to return to this place ever again!
