Visited today, Drive Thru, ordered the Dunk It meal. Staff was super friendly and fast, but very disappointed with the Meal. Lots of Food, but the Chicken was too peppery to eat. Ruined my Lunch, Can't do spicy food. Too much traffic to go back. Fast Food is not what it used to be, won't be back.

All customers from this place and pay with credit card , make sure to check ur statement every time u purchase something here , they will charge you same amount twice, the same amount. That happens with me 2 times. Food is delicious.

Food was nice and fresh. The staff were very polite and friendly. I was greeted as I entered the store and they even said goodbye when we left. The manager, Gustavo was very sweet! He made sure we were doing well during our visit. He even had us try the KFC sauce to see if we liked it and recommended the apple pie poppers. The store was very clean and my experience was 10/10! I will definitely be back to this location because the service was good.

Last night at the drive up window I ordered 1 breat original and 2 legs original. I was asked to repeat my order 3 times! I paid for my order only to find out they had given me 1 chicked breast and 2 chicken wings, all extra crispy, dried out and old. Also, there was no receipt in the bag! Next time I'll check my order because you cannot trust them; it's happened before on other occasions. I rarely complain but this was a lousy experience to say the least.

Bad customer service, they don't make your food till you get there so it takes super long, food was bad, half of my items are always missing from the bag, they never give the sauce you ordered, and the chicken is dry and old. Never going back.

Got the $5 special with 2 drum sticks, biscuit and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so old and dried out. We should of taken it back instead of throwing it out. We usually really like their food. But this time was so bad how can they honestly put those drum sticks in the box for their customers. Just hope we don't get sick from eating their food.
