took my granddaughter . ordered the spicy chicken bowl, the sauce just sprinkled on top. didn't taste good. the biscuit we ordered weren't even cook completely. so, we just left. food no longer tasty.

Been to this location in Poinciana, FL twice. Both times I was missing a vital part of my meal. And no apologies were given or anything. The workers act like you’ve interrupted them when you go in. It’s a terrible feeling.

The lobby is small but its very clean. The first kfc restaurant ive been to with clean restroom and also i cannot tell you how pleasant i am with the staff working there. I come mostly during lunch hours and the employees there are always so fast and nice. No matter how busy they are theyll stop to help you with a simple question and make sure the lobby stays clean for other customers. Definitely will be coming back
