Twice we went to the KFC in rapids sat in drive through for 10 minutes just to be told when we got to the windows they had no chicken left! Seriously people 5:00 supper hour & you are out of chicken? Won't go back! I'll be getting my chicken from Kwik trip from now on!

kfc kannapolis, I wish they would read the order, if I order the mash potatoes no gravy, then I get potatoes with gravy, eating chicken without sauce, because they didn't put any in the bag. this is not the first time this has happened...

I could not believe how tiny the leg and thigh was. I won't be back.
Ate lunch here with my son. We loved the food and service. We liked our lunch so much we ended up getting a family bucket to go . The food is fantastic at this location. Mac and cheese ?
