Came through the drive-thru to get food. Had to pull around to wait. They gave order a different car took them forever to remake and didn't offer more then an oops our bad. Would Highly recommend not stopping here. Unless you don't mind waiting.

My mother LOVES KFC, so we get fried chicken here when she's in the mood for it, <333. This is literally our go-to spot. The service is great, I'm especially fond of Alisha—she's super nice all the time and always seems to be locked in on her job. So happy to have a spot like this nearby!!!›

In my honest opinion, this might be the greatest KFC establishment I've ever had the pleasure to dine in. Clean, Fresh, and most of all Flavorful. The big colonel himself would shed a tear to see his beloved franchise tended to with such compassion. Among the many smiles was Alisha, who’s service made the already great experience, 10 times better.

food was very hot and fresh and the implying named Sana was very patient and she suggested the special they have which one save me like $10. I really appreciate that and the order they pack was really fast. The place was very clean. when the other girl brought my food, she repeated my whole order and make sure if I need any sauces or anything else with the order to make it more complete. These girls are being really nice job.

STAY AWAY - Consistently Disappointing After 10+ Years KFC Store #e720452 2920 Del Paso Road, Sacramento, CA ⭐ (1 star) I've lived in this area for over a decade and am a genuine fan of fried chicken, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. This location has been a recurring problem throughout my time here. After being away for three years, I hoped things might have improved and gave them another chance. Unfortunately, the food quality was shockingly bad. What went wrong:
No seasoning whatsoever - I seriously question whether they're following the actual KFC recipe Undersized portions - The chicken pieces were so small they resembled cornish hen, not standard chicken Bone dry - The meat had literally pulled away from the bones due to overcooking or sitting too long Poor texture and flavor - Stringy, tasteless meat that was difficult to eat
The only positive: The location did appear cleaner than during previous visits, so there's been some improvement on that front. However, cleanliness can't compensate for fundamentally bad food. Colonel Sanders would be appalled by what's being served under his name here. KFC corporate should seriously consider whether this franchise is protecting or damaging their brand reputation. Bottom line: There are too many good chicken options in Sacramento to waste your money here. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Tatiana took my order at the front and her bright personality really made me feel less anxious about ordering. I ordered the 2 piece meal and the chicken was nice and fresh and the biscuit was so soft!! Will be coming again!
