I didn't realize KFC had changed their pair wedges, to fries. But when fries are hot, I must admit that they are probably the best fries on the fast food market. Very yummy, went out of my way to buy them.

It’s South Sac so don’t expect Georgia hospitality. They forgot to give my delivery driver my drinks on my last order, but it’s whatever. I didn’t complain. Food has always been great. A little sketchy at night hours.

July 13, 2024 Worst experience I had ever had at KFC. On Saturday after 4:30. I ordered the 4.99 special deal. Two thighs , mashed potatoes and a biscuit.Two attendant cashier said no regular chicken not available for 20 minutes. (hard to believe on a Saturday). I asked her could I have 3 legs as a substitute. She replied I will talk to manger. Manager replied no. My son asked to talk to Manager. Manager never came up front to talk discuss problem regarding food. The cashier asked us if we wanted a refund. I said no, I wanted chicken for dinner. My son and I have never experienced such a lack of customer service and disrespectful service from KFC. Will never visit this KFC again. I finally received a chicken breast and and 2 chicken wings after standing there talking back and forth debating my order and requesting to talk to Manager for over 15 minutes . She never appeared. So disappointed with the service I received. Location Freeport blvd and Meadorview in Sacramento, California. Please request your attention in this sensitive matter to the staff at this location. I left this location feeling devalued as a customer. THANK you!

South Sacramento ghetto KFC. I went a placed a small order and I wanted to use cash. They had no cash, trying to force me to use a card. They only had ONE type of chicken. Close this ghetto trash business if you can’t run it properly and professionally.
I wish I had option for zero stars they lucky to get 1 star.I ordered online for pick up after receiving confirmation my order is ready for pick up. I arrive with my kids to pick up my food. Cashier then told me they ran out of chicken and I can call tomorrow to get refund. Like serious kfc is such a big company and they running out of chicken at 9.30pm when they close at 11pm?? It's so unprofessional atheist should notify or cancel so customers don't waste time by driving to location and expecting food.

Parking: ♿️ parking and plenty of regular spots.
Kid-friendliness: Come to think of it, there aren't many tables. So feed the kids at home.
Hopefully an isolated experience, but went to this KFC at 2p on Saturday because Wendy's was too crowded with 10 people in drive thru. Only one other car at kfc so ordered a spicy chicken sand and a small fries for $9.98!!. The fries were acceptable, fatty tasting with an extra crust for crunch. The spicy chicken sandwich was old tasting, soggy chicken breast with dark? dry meat, spicy sauce on just one side of chicken, scant scaps of stale lettuce and an old tasting slice of pickle. The real sad thing is I was hungry, so I ate it, regretting the decision the whole time. Did not have a bad after effect, but the eating experience was, well, . . . .distasteful. KFC can be really good, but this experience, at this establishment, was not.
