Kiki's Chicken Place Rancho

Our first time and it was wing Wednesday. Amazing deals! I had the boneless wings and they were so crispy and tender and juicy. My husband had the bone in and also said they were really good. The loaded tater tots were fun. Can't wait to go back and mix up some new flavor combos!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING . Worse Kiki fries I’ve ever had. Soggy fries , taste like frozen mush potato , chicken had a weird taste and hardly any sauce . Waste of $14. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star !

Hands down the foulest chicken sandwich I've had in my entire life. The chicken was not crispy and was clearly refried. It was so tough to chew through the dry fibrous meat. The buffalo sauce is Louisiana hot sauce, not buffalo. Supremely disappointed and tainted my nice evening.

So I came in during lunch to get food. Told them I wanted tator tots. The guy at the register asked me did I want the Kiki sauce, I told him yes. My food comes and it’s plain tots. Dry!! I ask the lady that handed it to me… she runs to the register… I see the same guy, and ask him. He says “I asked you if you wanted sauce, you said regular sauce, if I added the sauce it would have been $11, that’s why it was cheap. I NEVER TOLD HIM I COULDNT AFFORD IT . How do you guess for me?” I just took the food as is and ate but with that being said y’all couldn’t give me sauce on the side for the misunderstanding that we had? Like that’s crazy…honestly I could have just paid the difference. They just looked at me like I had to just eat it. And when I get looked at like that I don’t want new food. Teach your staff how to accommodate when people have issues. Just staring at them like they are dumb is crazy.

I love Kiki's and was working in the area one day, having never been to this location before. It was by far my best experience in a Kiki's chicken. They put so much sauce on my chicken I almost got lost. And the staff were so kind and generous. Will 10/10 return.

You cant change your hours from 10pm to 910pm at 905pm!! People might be driving a long way!

Only reason it got any high ratings was the service. Plus I saw them deeply cleaning while there. However the food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken tender bent without breaking. My child compared it to gum. And the tables, whatever paint they used makes it sticky, which gives the impression it’s so dirty

I dont know what's been going in at this location. Every time i order kikis fries here, now the chicken is so so chewy. Why is this stuff never consistent. What is going on? Please fix the chicken or person who's cooking the chicken now. Messed up my whole craving for kikis. Do better people, please.
