Chicken was very hard and extra crispy very hard to bite. Never experience this before. I called the restaurant and the worker was rude to me saying couldn't do anything bout this. This is ridiculous I will never go to this restaurant again.

I have been coming to this location for YEARS and I never had an issue until today. Honestly I could not believe the such horrible customer service I have recieved. I placed an order on the Kiki's app at 12:50 pm which was a 6 piece wing combo with garlic fries and a side of potato salad. The app indicated that my order will be ready at 12:55pm. I take lunch at 1pm which is literally a 1-2 minute walk. I got to the restaurant just a few minutes after 1pm. My food was NOT was I expected at all. The wings were very dry with barely any sauce on them, and the fries tasted old (even a few of my co workers have said when they order from them it tastes like the food is being cooked in old frying oil) They also forgot my side of potato salad that I had paid for as well. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and informed him that I was not satisfied with my order and they had forgot my potato salad and very politely asked if I can have my order remade. The manager literally made it seem like it was MY fault for the reason why the food was not tasty by saying I was late picking up my order therefore of course the food will just sit there. I then asked a second time if my order can be remade and they absolutely refused to remake my order. Yet when I arrived back at the restaurant the manager said the least he can do is make me an order of Kiki's fries which I was confused? You cannot remake my orginal order of wings and fries but you are willing to give me an order of kiki;s fries with chicken? I could not believe it. The manager also said "I don't know if you noticed but we even threw in a few extra wings for you. Okay? How does that defeat the facct that the food was TERRIBLE??? Such horrible customer service I never heard of suge a thing. Why does it have to be THIS much of a hassle to ask for my order to be remade? How is it MY fault that nothing tasted good? The manager then told me that basically if you come on time the food will taste fresh rather than come later. Overall I was just really shocked at the customer service. Never had an issue up until today.

Well this location went downhill over night with a staff change. Half a container of slaw (paid for a whole container) scrawny pieces of chicken. And a cashier that reverses everything you say. Oh well. The last staff was so great and they were the ONLY reason I returned.

Definitely kikis fries are so good, medium size it's oefe t fo one person, serve with fries and chicken good portion for one person, with some dressing on the top of that.
