Fun place, the fries are wonderful. Needs more sauce though. Tenders were kinda bland but nothing that sauce wouldn't help.

Came in at 8:40 and they said I couldn’t eat here because it’s closed when they close at 10? Girl with red orange hair maybe a ginger idk. And then another girl short girl… then after we were about to leave they offered to open one side to eat here ?! After I felt not wanted here. No thanks

It was freezing cold in the restaurant.. BUT that's ok because the food was SOOOO good!!!! The chicken was tender and juicy, the water tots were perfectly tatertotty. Definitely going back!!

Food is a bit pricy, but I was surprised by the freshness of the diced chicken ontop of the KiKis fries, it was moist, flavorful, just not enough (but adequate portion size)

Just spent $30 for 6 chicken tenders and way too many fries. It seems like they are loading up on fries to justify price. I would rather take less fries to pay a cheaper price. $15 3 PC tender combo is a bit much in my opinion. The quality of food was basic. Nothing stood out, the fries weren't seasoned. The chicken was tough and too thick in my opinion. Overall disappointed in the food for it's price. I didn't bother finishing the meal. Don't think I'd come back again unfortunately.

I’m a huge fan of Kiki’s however I’ve had two bad experiences in a row at this location. The first experience I ordered online app and after picking up my order, I got home to see that my order was completely wrong. I called it in and the manager I spoke with told me I could come back on another occasion and get my same order free (6 pc boneless w/Kiki fries). Two weeks later I called in to get my free order and I had to explain my situation to numerous people then they try to tell me I could only get 20% off, eventually I was able to get my order free but the fries were not fully cooked, they were cold in the middle and they did not include ranch in my order and had to go back to ask for it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and I’m very dissatisfied.

Usually get a large Kiki fries to go. Pay about 17$ that doesn't include tip they prompt for on their machines. It's very good and I suggest you go here for sure. Couldn't speak to anything else as I've tried other things in the past and didn't like it. Yet the Kiki fries are always on point.
