Went here 2times when they opened never went back! Lousy food, horrible service the young cashier, female behind the counter, had an attitude she didn't want to be there. The food was dry. Could get better chicken at Belair.

Every time I have visited this location, I have been disappointed. There is no quality control at all. Last time, my son went in and ordered a medium Kikis fries, extra cheese. When we opened the container, there was no hot sauce. Not a drop. But yet soggy because the fries were drowned in sauce. Maybe not cooked a bit more to crisp up the fries to compensate for sauce. Today, we ordered a medium Kikis and a small Kikis fries. I asked for sauce on the side in hopes of avoiding the sogginess. Checked the back quickly before we left and saw sauces on the side. My son ate his in the car but stated the sauce was pooled up on the bottom of the container. He picked up a fork full to show 6 the fries were dripping wet and not in a good way. The fries were already soggy! Sloppy and unediable. When I open mine it was smothered in sauce but no hot sauce on them. Soggy and cold. I wish they would be consistent with their measurements, Temps ect. I will not ever waste my money there again!

Cheyenne was amazing, simple and too the point. The Kiki's fries were delicious. A large Kiki's fry is about 2 or 3 meals to me so decent price too.
First time I eat here ,cool clean place.Great service.I recommend it I'll come back againParking: Clean parking, not bad at all to be back on the building, few steps and you are inside.

I enjoy Kiki's Fries, but I rather go to the one on Northgate and the food truck on Stockton Blvd. Everything was really salty. Not one bite didn't have an excess amount of salt. Really disappointed because I do enjoy Kiki's Fries. Just not going back to this specific location.

Ordered 50 dollars of food. All our chicken is soggy like it was cooked in a microwave. If you like soggy microwave chicken then this place is for you.

I ordered Kikis Tots (with Chicken) with no ranch, for them to mess it up the first time and added ranch didn't realized until I got home, I called and the lady argued with me saying I said no ranch and I got it with no ranch but when I was looking at my food it had ranch and that was the reason I was calling back for. She was arguing for a little than realized what I was saying and said I can come back and get it redone. I ordered the tots before and I never had it with this amount of mango habanero sauce. I don't know if they got upset with me or what but this is ridiculous, the amount of sauce they put on my tots!
