I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kiki's Chicken, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The food was absolutely delicious – each dish was flavorful and fresh, with that perfect balance of spices that makes you want to savor every bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and the sides complemented it beautifully.

A special shoutout to Katie, who went above and beyond to make sure our meal was nothing short of fantastic. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and helpful recommendations really made us feel welcome. Thank you, Katie, for making our visit so enjoyable!

This place is a joke worse kikis I been to guy at the register didn't know how to do the point system after I redeemed my points and he told me oh well like you owe me points or my food wasted my lunch break because he told I couldn't call food in over 20 dollars lol every thing they sell is over 20 bucks like come a waste of time my hole break gone don't waste your time coming here just go to a different kiki's

Weird place for sure. Dirty and smelled like burning oil. I watched my friend eat tater tots with chicken and Buffalo sauce. Weird location they don't even bring your food to your table but give you a number?

The drive thru always takes a long time because the worker is always on his phone. The lobby looks really dirty. No one goes into the lobby, most customers just go through the drive thru which makes waiting time even longer due to the lagging of the employee. Plus they do not serve the waffle for the chicken and waffle sat this location.

Called staff to ask why food was cold, got told they had been sitting for awhile before they were served to us. Soggy, cold, inedible. When I asked for a refund the owners refused. Stay away. They will make you sick.

Called twice to confirm one order was grilled, not fried, for a gluten free person. Woman I spoke to said she specifically told the cook one grilled. Manager said she didn’t actually do that, she just went to the bathroom. Empathy for young people in fast food but come on, I called twice. Uber eats delivered so had to drive over anyway to pick up the corrected order. Annoying.

Served me food that sat until cold, when asked for refund I got asked to return the food. Don’t waste your time here. Staff is on record talking about how bad the place is to customers. I’d be embarrassed if this was my business. No refund for food that is inedible. Will be charging back on my credit card. Avoid at all cost. Don’t spent any money here.
