Everything was fine until we got our order. My fiance went to pick up our dine in food and they refused to give her a cup for the fountain drink. They claimed that she got it when we ordered but we never did so we didn't get our drink. Then, her burger was supposed to be with no onions and it had onions. Bad service tonight.

I WILL NOT EVEN LIE TO YA !!!! I was truly bawling on a budget this particular day, and all I got or could afford was a six piece bone in wings….. And it was SMACKIN !!! The only thing is they need to put a little sprinkle of salt…. In which I added my own, but other than that two thumbs up on that chicken, I can’t speak for nothing else, but that six piece chicken. Lol

Worst place yet!!! I try to order chicken tots with honey BBQ and he says there is no honey BBQ, all BBQ has honey in it. I told him look behind you on list of sauces it says honey BBQ...he say oh well we dont carry that. Then I tried to put my number in for points and he says no I won't put it in this machine you can take receipt and do it my self. I got fed up and told him he is irritating me and got upset with him. Afterwards my girlfriend got stuck in bathroom and all he could do was laugh. This is a terrible store
Update I get home and I found chicken with burnt fries not tots...back to store!!!

Too bad I always hate to leave a bad review however this location apparently doesn’t read. Added extra to the order so I’m out all of that plus the food is actually nasty. Their other locations have never been a problem. 40$ I nibbled at and now I’m throwing away. Plus didn’t get what I ordered. Won’t ever order from here again sorry… yup ya guys suck. Hope things get better but I would never even try again and I also will skip all locations

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kiki's Chicken, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The food was absolutely delicious – each dish was flavorful and fresh, with that perfect balance of spices that makes you want to savor every bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and the sides complemented it beautifully.
A special shoutout to Katie, who went above and beyond to make sure our meal was nothing short of fantastic. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and helpful recommendations really made us feel welcome. Thank you, Katie, for making our visit so enjoyable!

This place is a joke worse kikis I been to guy at the register didn't know how to do the point system after I redeemed my points and he told me oh well like you owe me points or my food wasted my lunch break because he told I couldn't call food in over 20 dollars lol every thing they sell is over 20 bucks like come a waste of time my hole break gone don't waste your time coming here just go to a different kiki's
