I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kiki's Chicken, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The food was absolutely delicious – each dish was flavorful and fresh, with that perfect balance of spices that makes you want to savor every bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and the sides complemented it beautifully.

The drive thru always takes a long time because the worker is always on his phone. The lobby looks really dirty. No one goes into the lobby, most customers just go through the drive thru which makes waiting time even longer due to the lagging of the employee. Plus they do not serve the waffle for the chicken and waffle sat this location.

The last time I wrote a review on this location I gave the customer service 1 star. I recently visited Kiki’s on Power Inn (5/26/24) and the customer service was amazing! Katie was super sweet and provided me with world class service. Such a different experience. I was expecting to get attitude from the staff while ordering through drive through. So glad I gave it an another try. The food was good and organized. They had everything correct in the bag. I wasn’t missing anything.
