I have a medical condition which I’m not allowed to have fried chicken, I requested grilled chicken and they refused to give me grilled chicken on my Kiki fry’s. Other locations allow me to do this expect this one.

Took 40 minutes for an order I called in for before I showed up . Unnecessary long hassle of a wait no sense of urgency for the customers .

This kiki’s was one of the best fast food place that i have ever gone too. It was very clean and professional, it felt like i was respected. The food tasted 10 times better then usual, making me want to get it the next day. If i had to marry and choose a place to eat snd the location i would eat pick this place over my moms cooking.

My oh my I’ve tried Kiki’s before but never like this. The food was esquisent the customer service was top notch. definitely recommend you to try it.

I’m leaving a five-star review for this place because it was my first time trying chicken and waffles, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but they also gave us extra, which is always a nice bonus. We’re hooked now. This is officially our new go-to spot for fried chicken. Thank you for serving up such great, flavorful meals!

Absolutely terrible experience. They didn’t give us a single thing we wanted, putting all our sauces on the side when explicitly asked to toss it in, and didn’t even give us all our sauces. For some reason dumped ranch on all our fries?

Got the parmesan garlic tenders with shoestring fries and jalapeño ranch dip. The food lacks seasoning. Taste like it was dropped in only oil. Was hoping the ranch would help, but that was watered down. Best part was the special. Got two platters for under $18. Thats amazing in this economy.

There are a lot of Kiki’s in the city and some aren’t as quality with the food. This one was good! Just took a little long for my pick up order to be ready, they were super busy though to be fair.
