Kiki's Chicken Place NORTHGATE

I feel welcome when I get my orders and my son and I love the Kiki's Fries. Also I read their story how they started and its amazingly inspirational.

Usually the food here is great but not this time. I had to ask for my money back because it was so bad. They agreed they wouldn't have eaten it either.

This is the only Kiki's location I will go to. Always excellent service, my chicken is always hot and fresh. I recommend this location hands down.

Absolutely amazing food. With very large portion sizes. I got a medium tots with chicken and buffalo sauce. Lasted me 2 meals. Tots were fresh. Very large chicken pieces and flavorful sauce. Not overly hot. Highly recommend.

Order ahead and still waited for an half hour before I got my food. Was ignore and got an email saying was getting a refund on my food but never got it. Worse customer service was lied too.

If you could afford to drive 20 more minutes, just go to the Rocklin location, They don’t serve Dale old chicken wings there. You’re liable to get some kind of tapeworm eating on Northgate.

Well this place was recommended by my kids, they had Kiki's in Rancho Cordova. I was hopeful to try a new place. It was a toss up between Kiki's and Popeyes. After my experience should have gone with Popeyes... The chicken tenders were good, the "medium" sides were small except for the shoestring fries, they came in a large tray. Plus they got my online order wrong. I ordered two flavors and only got one. When I'm feeling like chicken just go with what you know.

First time. I bought 6 piece wing combo They did a really good job. They had a full fountain drink station. I've only been here as a dasher never as a customer. Wow. !

Spent a good amount of money here for it to be the most bland unseasoned chicken missing even salt and tasted old and soggy I felt bad for my cousin I had try this with me and I didn’t even get enough sauce for the chicken to mask the blandness

I love this place. Hands down my favorite chicken spot in Sacramento. Wonderful service and amazing food, the only issue is that the area *can* be a little sketchy, but other then that it’s an amazing local restaurant.

I really hate to leave this review and I don’t know what happened but.. I ordered my food, I tipped and I left. I got home and my order was wrong and also rubbery uncooked chicken. My last experience was good. I will check out my food next time before I go. But wasted $40.
