I went u was completely ignored I stood at the window for ten minutes knocking and saying hello, there was two employees in there and none of them answered the window.

15 dollars for fries yet not a single option of side and drinks like literally all the other Kiki's.Who ever owns this place definitely needs to step their game up. Why would anyone want to own a place that serves food but not a single drink? Especially when you're just coping an restraunt that provides drinks and sides.. even a basic taco stand provides drinks m they can't even afford the basics of food service.
On top of that they only informed me AFTER I paid that I have to wait longer( even tho I called it in and they asked ME how long it will take me to get there). Which is annoying because I knew they were gonna make me wait even longer, I wouldn't of paid and would of went else where because the food and service I was receiving wasn't worth the wait.. please just drive further out for real Kiki's experience and not this hole in a wall that can't even afford to give even a soda with their meals..

There are some red flags when approaching this place… Shady Street parking or gas station parking pick your poison …the gas station clerk literally chaining up the door to the gas station part of the building ….the fact that there’s the gas station part of the building… the one time I ate there I didn’t finish my food it was a greasy mess… and the cherry on top got to watch staff treat a black door dash driver like a thief but was normal with a white and an Indian one ….LAME

The last time I came to this Kiki’s express was two years ago when they had first opened and everything was great. Today wasn’t as good. It is located next to a gas station which can make parking a bit tricky at times. It’s also not in a best neighborhood. I called ahead and ordered a small Kiki tots with extra sauce. They gave me an estimated time of 8-10 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and it’s still not ready. It was another few minutes. I finally get my order. It was nice and warm. It had the opposite of extra sauce. The chicken tasted very try and bland. The more I had it the more disappointed I was. I think I would rather make the drive to one that is further than come here again.

I have visited Kikis Chicken at other locations several times and have been happy with my experience but I was beyond disappointed at the Franklin location. My fries were drenched in sauce and my dish (Kiki’s chicken fries) looked similar to a soup. After receiving my order I politely asked if I could get my dish remade. The person working told me he needed to call the store manager to find out. After five minutes he told me they could not remake the dish because the business would lose money. Well what about me losing money from receiving an order that isn’t edible? I can’t believe he said that and put losing $10 over a once loyal customer. I will not be returning this this location.

Ordered food online and received confirmation. My food was to be ready by 12:09 for pickup. I arrive a little later at 12:12 and my order is not ready. I waited 30 minutes originally (ordered food around 11:30) and when I get there I have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes while on my 30 minute lunch break. How mf convenient for me. It should have been ready as it said on the email.
The employees are bad.
Good food better than any other chicken place y’all need to try this ?

Worst experience ever … ordered my chicken and the container is filled with grease and were soggy. The lady does not speak English and does not understand I’m asking her to make me a new one. Why have people on site who can’t help a customer.
