Beer is really good - it's why we make a point to stop here when we come to Sacramento (from the Bay Area). But the food is mediocre for the price and service at the counter leaves a lot to be desired.

The best thing about nachos with smoked chicken was the chips. The nachos cheese was bland and the smoked chicken was oddly sweet. And the whole thing seemed slapped together without any real GIVE A ___. It was definitely not worth the price.

The guy at the counter couldn't tell us what sort of fruit was in the cider that was being served (and also didn't seem to give a ___ to find out).

Been coming here for years. It’s such a chill and non pretentious spot. Really good IPAs and other beers. Bomb pizza (a little greasy at times though). Lots of outdoor seating and it’s dog friendly. The staff are chill and I’ve never had a bad experience.

I really enjoyed the setting in this brewery. There are plenty of places to sit and chat with friends. The beers are all really well made and the pizzas are excellent. I'd recommend the elote pizza.

One of Sacramento’s must visit breweries. A gem in Old Northern Sac where you can always expect great food, drinks, and vibes for locals.

My ultimate recommendation: get the elote pizza and La Xingona beer. Trivia night on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Games always playing on the TVs on game nights.

$5 beers when the Sacramento Kings are playing. Even got a beer called Light the Beam!

Plenty of IPAs to choose from if you like IPAs. They were out of several others when I went. I’m sad I didn’t get to try the sour since I don’t like IPAs. Steer clear of the hard seltzer. It tasted like dirt.

The atmosphere inside was nice and modern. But lock your doors before going in. The area is rough and the parking is terrible. I don’t suggest parking on the side streets.

The food was really great. Goat cheese stuffed mushrooms are a must!
