My food was takeout. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with the regular fries. Was good but what I did not like at all was they took the tip out automatically and that’s not right so I don’t think I’ll be going back to that place that shows the waitress could just treat you and serve any way or waiter so I don’t agree with this

A staff rushed and put my food together and it was DoorDash to me. I contacted the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager. The manager apologized and he also remake the food and delivered it personally this is wonderful service. I am glad That he not only apologize, but he also fixed the problem and didn't make it a hassle for me to get my food. I am totally grateful.Thank you so much chef G

Always see it packed on weekends, decided to take a chance. I expected the worst, and was still disappointed. Some of the menu offerings seemed interesting, over the top, and different to what you usually find in Downtown, but I wanted something simple and light (spoiler alert you won't find that here) so I opted for an omelette. The Sac town Omelette makes you think they're gonna add lots of veggies or interesting ingredients that represent our town's farm to fork spirit, but nope. It was a sad omelette of just spinach and cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes weren't even cut, they're left whole inside the omelette. It ate like an afterthought. I guess if you want to try something other than southern style food (chicken and waffles or grits) they won't make an effort in the dish.
ON TOP OF THAT, they have a guy going around taking photos of you and then coming back to charge you $20 for a picture frame you didn't ask for. Real scummy practices and real lame food. You can just go to places like Morning Fork or The Porch if you want Southern breakfast food FOR THE SAME PRICE.

We came for breakfast on a week day. I’ve seen it pretty busy before but this day they had been open for a few hours so we figured it wouldn’t be bad. They had one girl holding it down smh. She did well for the amount of people but service was slow and the food came out cold. Crispy cold potatoes! Yay. Waffle cold, and the omelet was ehh. We won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

The fact that this place is on the corner in the space is very small. They try to put more seating when they can. How do you run out of ice lemon and a few other condiments it’s crazy. He supposed to have bottomless mimosas with hot champagne because there is no Ice . 30 minutes wait for seating another 2hr for food ,,,,VERY DARK INSIDE BECAUSE THE WALLS ARE NASTY 🤢 THEY DONT CLEAN TABLES OR SWEEP WHEN SOMEONE LEAVES DONT COME HERE I LOVE my city but DO NOT COME HERE AT NO TIME
