Four of us meet for brunch once a month. We really look forward to this all month. Let's start with the lack of ice in the glasses. We were told that their ice machine is slow so I couldn't have anymore. Second, the soda from the machine was flat. That's enough for me right there to take a hostage!! I asked her to take the drink back and she got an attitude and took everyone's order bit mine. I am really disappointed at this point so I decided not to eat. So the food comes and the lettuce is limp, the strawberries seem to be frozen and there's an eaten chicken bone and dirty napki n under my friends chair. The overall service, food, and cleanliness is substandard.

My first time there we loved it! They have a great eat customer service and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The food & drinks are always on point! I got the chicken & waffles and the garlic fries which were AMAZING! They are really big portions, definitely coming back soon to try the margarita flight

Super friendly and wonderful staff! I would never leave a bad review about the people that work at this place. But it has some of the worst food I've ever had in my life. Don't waste your money.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Let’s start with the wait. We were told 15-30 minutes for a party of 5 adults and a toddler. We waited well over an hour. We were not informed that since we were a party of 6 we would have an automatic 20% gratuity until we sat down after waiting that long. The service deserved a $0 tip. Our food came out separate, our waitress was rude. The staff made a mockery when we sent back the gumbo because it tasted like dirty oil. The loco moco over rice was even worst. The rice was EXTREMELY HARD. Overall the presentation is nice, but the food is terrible. The fried chicken is dry with MINIMAL flavor. The gumbo, 0/10. The best thing on our table was our drinks and the fries. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve never been to a restaurant who laughed upon eachother about nasty tasting food. Cooking is a craft, and you can tell this place is just careless with their food 100%. We even had a waiter tell us he’s heard the gumbo is trash. Definitely will not support or bring my business here again.
I’d like to add that we never intended NOT TO TIP. I just think the service AND quality of food did not warrant a 20% tip. And the mere fact that the company responded and only talked about the TIP… says enough.

The food looks better than it tasted. My daughter and her boyfriend both ordered the Chicken & Waffles. The vmchicken was cooked too long as it was dark brown and dry. Waffles were dry. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with shredded potatoes. The meal was average. I ordered the Bloody Mary which costed $16 and and might meal was $17. Bloody did not taste like it had liquor in ot. My daughter ordered the Cafe Floght and they were watered down drinks. Overall, for 3 meals and 2 drinks. They instantly add 15% gratuity, which allows the waitress to get tipped even if you don't get served right.
For the 3 meals and 2 drinkd.it me $115 for brunch meal was overrated. overrated. Will not go again. Very disaspointed!

Wanted to try this spot because it was on social media. From the pictures to videos, it looks m pretty cool. We got there, and the hostess was nice and asked if it was our first time we said yes and had small talk. Our waitress was polite but not friendly at all. I had a fly that was buzzing around and was irritated. We ordered a couple.dishes. some were good and some weren't. My Loco moco was ok. You can tell when the rice is old because there were some that was hard and it ki d of hurt my tooth. Also had the gumbo...ohh man..not sure if it was old and was made a couple of days, but it was bland. There's no taste at all. O ly had taste was the sausage that was good. Had to take it home and add spices and flavor.

Highly disappointed, the wait was extremely long for the food to come out. Once it did, everything was cold and the flavor was absent this morning. We asked for a refill of coffee as the whole table of five had finished theirs due to the wait and coffee came out a minute away from cold coffee. Will not be returning.
