This is a delayed review, was in town for SacAnime Summer! This was probably some of the best ramen I have ever had. The server was so accommodating and she kept up on our refills and we felt like she was on top of all of our needs. The wait was worth it and would totally eat here again next time I am in town!
We had the Nori Fries, Citrus Ramen, Vegan Ramen, and some saki and we really enjoyed the food and experience. Service was great. The only thing I wish they had was Sriracha, although their hot sauces were good. Highly recommend and will be back.
Service was lovely and super pleasant, but the chashu in the tonkotsu ramen felt over-braised! was simply falling apart in the bowl. Perhaps it was because I came later in the afternoon. But price was a bit steep for quality!
