This review is mostly for their pick up option. I ordered food online for asap pick up time. Estimated time was 20 minutes, but as I was parking an additional 20-30 minutes was added. I waited the full 30 minutes before going into the restaurant and picking up my order. Once I was their the employee said they just received the order 5 minutes ago and it would be another 10 minutes. I have no complaints about food but they really need to improve their online order system and customer service. Will not be returning.
Response to owner : If you know it is an issue and I am not the first customer it has happened to then you are not sincerely sorry.

So disappointed in my ramen. My noodles were green and rotten. Falling apart. I tried them and I almost puked. I don’t know how to fix this. The feel like play dough!

This place is not as good as it used to be. They recently got rid of the beef short rib rice bowl and ever since it’s just mid. That was the only reason I came here anyway beside the sushi. Ramen is mid now the whole place is mid since they got rid of all the good food. Pork rice bowl is alright it’s too smoked really fatty.

I ordered AKA Ramen, and it was so delicious?. my server was very nice and attentive too. I'll surely recommend this place to my friends❤️

The sushi was also delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff was courteous, efficient, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with tidy seating areas and spotless restroom and food preparation areas were hygienic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I have been to this shopping center many times before and have never eaten here. I have been missing out! The food was cooked quick but wasn't fast food at all. It was super delicious. The staff was very friendly and often checked in on us to see how everything was. I would definitely recommend!
