You guys can say whatever you want about this place. The food is always so good and so delicious. The broth is so rich. They’re putting their heart into this Ramen.!!!! The only place I’ll ever eat Ramen at in Sacramento delta shores location is fire highly recommended I believe they are in Natomas as well that’s how much I eat their Ramen. It is so good. I want to be buried in this Ramen broth.

I don’t know what happened to this spot, I loved it when they first opened up. I took my bf the other day and they were out of all kind of things from chili oil to udon noodles. My ramen pork was flavorless but the broth was kinda good. Sad.. they also stopped serving sushi. :(

Wow... I had a great time at Koshi Eats at Delta Shore Shopping Center. This is the location you must come and experience for yourself. The staff was awesome and the food was great. This is the only location with all the right vibes and good food and service...Come now... Experience the best. I went back again recently. This time I had the sticky ribs. You got to try them. I raved about the taco and now I'm ravening abou the sticky ribs. This place is awesome, the staff is awesome and the food is awesome. Don't take my word for it.. Try it yourself. You be the judge. But for me.. this is the place to be...LOL. I was very impressed in the passed and even more impressed now. Come see for yourself. Bring all your tic tok friends and all your group leaders and followers and enjoy one of the best eating location in Delta Shores. But Please just order one taco.. your going to love it just like I did....LOL

Ramen was decent. Got the black garlic one. Flavor was pretty good. Liked the corn it in. Also came with a whole egg. One star down bc they didn't have curry that day. Also the chili sauce on the side is REALLY spicy. Or like Spicer than normal hot sauces on the side. Loved the hot sauce tho.

Got the chashu rice bowl ($17) and was thoroughly disappointed. The dish lacked cohesion—each element felt like an afterthought rather than part of a unified whole. The pork belly was overcooked and verging on burnt, resulting in a dry, tough texture. Accompaniments like the chopped ginger and pickled cucumber felt scattered and did little to enhance the overall flavor. There was no sauce or unifying element to bring it together, leaving the dish bland and unsatisfying. If you enjoy rich, well-balanced flavors, this is not the bowl for you. By contrast, the best chashu rice bowl I’ve had remains the one at Fukumi Ramen—flavorful, tender, and thoughtfully composed.

I really loved coming here the past few years. However, it's not the same anymore. The bowls have gotten smaller (black bowls were bigger; now they are white). And the meat portions have gotten depressingly small. Also, the soft boiled egg is no longer included nor cut open and neatly displayed. It's a $3 additional charge for an egg. Unfortunately no longer my go-to Ramen place.

I had the Tonkotsu bowl with pork. It is so filling and a very large bowl. The servers are very nice. I will come back and try other dishes. Very convenient location.
