Awesome staff.. kind friendly and are always willing to help! Need more selection of donuts and more already made sugar-free donuts. Not everyone can eat sugar and wants to wait 5-6 minutes for sugar free on getting back to work time crunch!

I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location. They use DoorDash as a third party, but if you experience any issues, you're out of luck. I ordered 2 dozen donuts and paid $52+ for two dozen to be delivered, only 1 came. I called them multiple times (5-6x) and no one answers their store phone number. The dasher asked me to call the store directly, but it was no use since they don't pick up their phone. The dasher ended up going back to the store so I could talk to them and the employee said they'd send my missing dozen over right away, but there must have been some breakdown in communication because my donuts never made it back with that dasher and he told me he had other orders to fulfill.I ended up calling Krispy Kreme's hotline after being on hold with their general # for about 20 minutes, and received a partial refund for my missing donuts but it was not worth the trouble and hassle.

Shockingly, how small their donuts and apple fritters really are. I was absolutely shocked at the small size and the high price of $3.59 each for such a cheap product. The apple fritter was 4" x 4 1/2" by 3/4" thick. I looked at their specialty heart-shaped donuts, which looked to be around 3 inches by 2 and a half inches, for a whopping $3.09 each.I saw another donut shop directly across the street called Baker's. I purchased one of their Apple Fritters. It measured 5 1/2" x 6" by over 1" thick, and the cost was $2.95, This Krispy Kreme didn't have their espresso machine working to make a latte or mocha This place also had issues with the ceiling bubbling and flaking in the area where they prepared food over the work area. This is the first time and last time we go to a Krispy kreme donut shop. They sell cheap junk products. The new Dunkin Donuts only a couple of hundred yards away sells their donuts over a dollar cheaper(we don't like Dunkin donuts, because they too are smaller and cheaply made). I would say to do your own comparison by purchasing one from each place, but you'd be buying junk. Just walk into both places and decide for yourself. Don't waste your hard earned money on garbage. The light fritter is from Krispy kreme, and the dark one is from Baker's across the street.

Dine in hours are wrong, even though they were standing at the front counter acting like they just got done smoking un the back. Doors still weren't open at 6:25am. Hit the drive thru and was very disappointed when we recieved ice cold tough day old donuts. I thought krispy kreme was warm, fresh, and delicious when they first came to Sacramento, but now, I won't be going back to make any donut purchases in the future. Very disappointed. Oh, the jelly filled was probably the best jelly filled I've ever had by the way.

This location is horrible. I thought I would hop in and get some donuts for my team and they absolutely had nothing available. I asked if they had a hot latte. They said yes. Pull up to be told they don't even have that. He asked me if I wanted a frozen coffee instead. It's absolutely freezing and I ordered a hot latte.Absolutely ridiculous

They were not very busy, and they didn't have the one I came for, but the ones I purchased were very good.

After checking the google hours, I went online and placed a pickup order. I got a confirmation saying it will be ready by 7:00am. When I get here, the store wasn’t even open. No one was there and no lights on. Yet, their own company website says they are open. Just terrible.

I went to the drive thru again. I came to use my birthday award. I order three regular glazed donuts. The person was nice at the window. I received my donuts and they were warm. They were very good warmed.

I selected two of the glaze doughnuts. They were delicious. They were fluffy and hot.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is not all over everywhere anymore. We have only one in Sacramento. The next closer one is in Roseville. The only Sacramento location is this one at Florin Road. The store looks clean and very well-lit inside. But I don't want to park my car there after sunset due to the homeless problem in the area. Krispy Kreme donuts are still yummy. They have some excellent donuts that the other donut shops don't have. That's why I have to have my Krispy Kreme donuts fixed now and then! Lol! The workers are nice and polite. I usually get my donuts in and out of there in less than five minutes.
