They allowed me to pick my pieces out of thighs, wings and legs. The chicken was good (better than Popeyes these days. There was a language barrier but everything was correct. The fries were perfect after I put them in my air fryer for 10 minutes. The honey butter biscuit was underwhelming.

A Disappointing Decline in Service
I had a terrible experience during my recent visit, which was a stark contrast to my first encounter. On my initial visit, I was so impressed by the service provided by a wonderful lady who truly embodied great hospitality. I decided to return, expecting a similar experience. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was marked by the worst service I’ve ever encountered.
The two male figures working there were not only rude but also displayed a clear disrespect for women. Their behavior reminded me of how women can be treated poorly in certain cultures, and it was disheartening to witness this, especially after having such a positive experience with the female staff member. I had received the last three pieces of chicken, which raised concerns about my order. Despite this, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, there was no receipt, and my order was poorly handled.
When I returned to address the issue, I was shocked by the disrespect I faced. I asked to speak with the lady who had helped me before, but one of the gentlemen told me she would pay for the incorrect order she had made previously, showing no interest in my concerns.
This experience highlights a serious need for improvement in how customers, especially women, are treated. I want others to know about this incident to raise awareness about the unacceptable behavior I witnessed.
Go somewhere the staff actually cares about what they’re doing. The complete lack of effort in making my food here is obvious. It feels like they couldn’t even be bothered to put in 1% of care or attention. You deserve better service and quality than this place offers.
