Probably bottom 3 restaurants in Sac. Food was awful. When we asked for water the person said it was busy and water was in a jug at the bar. Began tacos were awful. The shishitos were drowning in liquid. We asked for no cheese and no sour cream and got both.

If you’re looking to hang out with some buddies, Kupros is the spot. Great happy hour, and a kitchen that knows how food should taste (not always the case at a bar-forward establishment). Their bartenders are kind and not too cool to chat while you order. Beer selection is off the charts, both canned and on draft. Great spot to have a chill hang, or gather a group as a first stop for a night out.

Incredible atmosphere and customer service but the food is definitely lacking. We order two burgers for lunch and both were cooked Well when we asked for medium and both burgers were quite dry. The sides bothe garlic fries and tater tots were magnificent however. So I would recommend if you do plan on coming here get some drinks order some sides and enjoy the atmosphere.

Very cool place with outside porch seating, booths, bar, and upstairs as well. Food is really good, I enjoy the fried pickles. Good selection of beers on tap and in can. It's a great stop on a rainy afternoon or a summer bar crawl.

Went for a lunch after taking my steps ordered a meal with shrimp and it was burnt sitting on top of a bed of wilted arugula. No side dipping sauces were brought to our table. Apologies no photos.

Decent beer selection with hefeweizen, red ale, sour, etc. not all IPAs like most beer bars these days. Decent tots but more expensive than other bars in the grid for the amount (shareable for 2 servings vs. 3-4). Upstairs was hot but downstairs was comfortable. Pretty busy and skews young/college-aged on a Friday evening.

On the bright side, the fried pickles were a slam dunk, crispy, tangy, and perfect. The staff was friendly and made the experience more pleasant, but unfortunately, no amount of good service could revive the chicken.

As a grueling work week comes to a close, there is nothing like celebrating a Friday-eve (I didn’t know that this was a thing until I entered the corporate world) over some happy hour drinks and bites. To catch-up with a friend, we decided to meet at Kupros Craft House…an establishment in which I’ve heard many good things about! Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly greeted by an employee who was wiping the bar counter in what was a fairly empty bar (we arrived 20 minutes prior to the start of happy hour). Once 4pm arrived, we ordered the following: two margaritas (these are not considered happy hour drinks-but there was a slight discount on them), the Tot’s ‘N’ Sauce (me), and the house mac n cheese (friend).
Although I was not terribly hungry, the tots with jalapeño dipping sauce (as recommended by one of the employees) was delicious and did a great job of soaking up the tequila! The employee that assisted us made a well-crafted, flavorful margarita (so flavorful that I ordered a second one for myself). While my friend and I chatted, a nice crowd of folks started filing in and a nice playlist of early 2000’s pop music filled the air. Although there was a little crowd, it did not change how attentive and engaging staff were.

I’ve been to Kupros Craft House a few times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The atmosphere is super relaxed it’s set inside a cool old house, which gives it a really unique feel. he upstairs patio when the weather's good, amazing. The food has been consistently solid. I’ve tried a few different things off the menu, and everything’s been flavorful and fresh. They also have a great selection of craft beers and cocktails, which is a big plus.
Service is friendly without being overbearing, and the vibe overall is just really welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a casual bite, meeting up with friends, or just looking for a chill place to hang out, this spot hits the mark. Definitely recommend checking it out!
