Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

Just not my cup of tea, I’m sure it is for some people. It is a great novelty to have a robot. Bring your Wassabi to you, but for personal preference the touchscreen is way too high up in the air to try to order and see the pictures unless I guess you come here multiple times and love the sushi for me. The sushi was OK. The portion are a little bit small and the variety was kind of lacking for my personal taste, but a group of friends and someone close the screen and someone else grabbed the stuff as it rose up it might be for you.

The place is very noisy and while the automation is a good idea, it’s extremely slow. We had to wait even for basic things like water, since the robot serves water and wasabi together. The overall experience felt rushed and unorganized—more like eating in a busy train station than in a restaurant.

This place is pure trash. Let's go down the list. Food is already sketchy as it's traveling around past hella people's tables. We weren't even that far down the track but 70% of the plates that passed us were empty. Sushi looked like garbage, rice falling off the rolls, sauce slopped on it like a burger, and the sashimi was warm, not chilled. Ordered a Tonkatsu ramen, showed up looking good. Broth was terrible, and lukewarm. Both of my pork slices and my egg were ice cold. The fried shrimp wontons were so overcooked they were inedible. The black dude behind the line sticking his hands in his pockets, checking his phone, then not washing his hands or changing gloves, just right back to touching food, disgusting. They were nice enough to take the ramen off my order since I complalined about it, other than that.

Service is practically non-existent, the robot brings your drinks and all food is delivered on the conveyor belt. They speak to you to seat you, and collect your money, that's about it.

Atmosphere is too loud, can't hear the person across the table from you, ordering menu sucks as everyone has to reach over the table to access the menu, or screw with downloading it on your phone and trying to navigate ordering thay way. Too much work for dinner.

10/10 Would not recommend. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

So much fun! We drive 3 hours each way just to have their sushi! We've gone 3 times so far! The soda robot is so cute! You can choose sushi and dessert from the beltas they go by or order off the menu! Can't wait to go back! 🍣

Seriously a lot of fun, I had eight plates went all out! What is only $37 with a soda.. for it being an experience as well with dining and sushi that was a great deal in my opinion!

Revolving sushi bar with a lot of options for people to try stuff without hassle. The sushi is irregular in quality where the rice will sometimes fall apart. The rice boxes and noodle dishes are high priced for the size.

Management's I think it's bad does what I think the way I can hurt management give me orders to employees kitchen is too loud and I think the money is this the one that's talking to my because they give you orders to pretty much everybody look like there's a new managers really young guys

Went there for my birthday. Always wanted to go to a place like this. It was a really fun experience and the food was great too. They had a good selection.

Came to town to visit and found Kura. AMAZING rotary sushi. Each plate is $3.70. After 15 plates, you get a prize. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Will visit when I come back to Sacramento.
