their food is excellent until yesterday. I am very disappointed with Kalua with the cabbage. it tasted terrible and it was not right to add sauce. The cooker should not add the sauce with Kalua. I know what it tastes. I prefer to buy a frozen Kalua from a store.

Terrible customer service. I showed up 25-30 mins before closing at 9. The young lady in the front didn’t say hello or welcome in but made sure to let me know they stop taking order almost 30mins before closing. Since when does L&L do that?!?! Super rude I asked when do they stop taking orders and she looked at the clock and said 1 minute ago…gtfoh. Sucks because L&L is always super nice besides this location, they give the brand a bad reputation. I took my business to I Love Teriyaki down the street. Way better food anyways. Atleast their sauce isn’t clumpy, which thier location is the only one I’ve ever soon, this is the store on Truxel Ave in Sacramento, STAY AWAY.

The food is good, so is the service, but I think been a Hawaiian restaurant, the scoops of rice & macaroni salad is very small, specially macaroni salad, mine almost nothing.
Been here a few times. So far, tried the BBQ mix, Seafood & BBQ, and BBQ sandwich. The sandwich was ok, plain buns with pieces of BBQ beef. The BBQ beef, fried shrimp, and fried fish were very good. But not too crazy about the BBQ chicken or short ribs. Generous servings.

Alex had absolute horrible customer service he decided to throw a hissy fit over 0.01 cents and then I got my food absolutely no flavor Mac salad was bland and nasty you should but more concern Into the food then you should be about a penny wouldn’t not recommend and will not be

I recently picked up an order from L&L Hawaii and had a smooth experience. The restaurant was not very busy, with only two other customers inside. There were so many options to choose from, including BBQ plates, traditional plates, chicken plates, beef plates, pork plates, seafood plates, lighter options, chef’s specials, sides, and drinks. I was able to order my meal at the counter without any problems. Overall, I had a positive experience at L&L Hawaii and would recommend it to others.
