Decent food but very over priced! They wanted to charge a dollar for a side of dill sauce that was only 1/3 full for example and that is 1 example . They didn't even have prices on there menu.

Prices have really gone up here. The food quality has remained the same. I enjoy the soups and bread, also the flavored teas. The scones and pastries are also great. The wait can be a bit long during busy times such as lunch rush or weekends. It’s always crowded so getting a table can be challenging I usually choose outside due to this but it can be hot in the afternoon. They should be wiping down tables between customers but I saw many dirty tables. Parking is difficult here also very congested especially during lunch and weekend.

Parking: Parking is congested and crowded most days!

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see a specific wheelchair table but there are some open tables which you can push a wheelchair up to. Parking for handicapped is challenging because they are always taken!

My coveted 5 star rating...This is my favorite sandwich. I don't normally buy sandwiches. However, this turkey, cranberry croissant sandwich is perfect. The man and (what I assume is) his wife that work here are so great. You really want to come back...and I always do.

They sell expired products, they are not friendly and the service is very bad. The taste of their food is also very bad. Better stay hungry than go to a place like

I love other La Bou's restaurants but this one is miss managed. The espresso machine didn't work. They're selling expired bottled OJ. The front door was locked at first. No music going. Pretty bad all around.

I ordered a egg and cheese croissant from the drive through.. I had to repeat my order. I received the order in a fairly quick time, tipped a dollar, and drove away. As I took a bite I noticed the first 2 bites weee just bread. I looked at the croissant and noticed a roll of ham the size of 2 fingers. I returned to the store and it was locked. I decided it was not worth driving through the drive through again. I was driving away when the woman opened the door. I explained that I had asked for egg and cheese, no meat, and received ham, and no cheese. She said wait, and went inside. I waited two minutes thinking she was correcting my order when a man came out and asked what happened. I explained what I ordered and what I received. He made a sympathetic face and said “ maybe next time”. I drove away thinking that there would not be a next time. I decided to finish the croissant to not waste it, and get my protein. After I finished the roll of ham in the center, there was six bites of croissant, with no cheese. Very soft, but rather dry and bland. I can understand a miscommunication due to language barriers or faulty intercom . But the balled up ham in the middle of a croissant with 2 inches of bread on the perimeter is a sign of someone who does not care about the product they are serving. The “maybe next time” comment says it all in regards to Customer Service. The ordering miscommunication is a forgivable mistake, but the sloppily assembled croissant, and better luck next time are both deliberate. I will not be back to this LaBou!
