They're out of breakfast sandwiches and croissants before 10 am every day and they're out of sourdough loaves and most soups by 1 pm. It's crazy and I don't understand how a cafe is run like this. The only pleasant person behind the counter is Manuel, the rest of the staff seems annoyed constantly and frankly rude considering how often I'm there. When they have food to serve, and it doesn't take an entire lunch shift for them to assemble a sandwich, the taste is acceptable. There is less meat than a $10+ sandwich should have but I guess that's inflation, there's less mayo than there should be but I guess that's personal preference. I don't know what to say, it's a pretty bad cafe.

There are not a ton of food options available in this area so a quality panini is amazing. It's not busy so you can get in and out with a quality sit down meal pretty easy. Kind people working here

Very friendly and helpful. Usually go to this store because they have extra Apple cakes on hand and fresh ones. Anyway, I look forward to going there. I recommend this store first if in the area.?

Customer service wasn't the best, man taking my order was very rude. Also the prices are just a little too high to justify for something like a turkey sandwich.

The food is great my caramel mochaWas fire ?.I would definitely give this place more stars but a big part of my experience Is the customer service right when I walk in on several different occasions the young lady working the front register has a serious attitude problem.

I remember eating lunch here occasionally 12 or 15 years ago and enjoying it. I also had unremarkable sandwiches at another location 10 years ago and did not return. Today's experience was disappointing. The white mocha was good, but my sandwich was pretty tasteless, even though it had pesto on it. The turkey was thin, cheese had hardened edges, and the croissant tasted stale. The staff was polite and attentive, and the unchanged decor supported my memories. There are two sandwich shops and a burger joint in this strip mall as competition. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing! Sad!

First visit male cashier was short not friendly. Food was decent. Basic sandwich and salad. Second visit same male cashier he was extremely short, not customer service friendly at all, breakfast bagel with bacon egg and cheese was awful.... cold because it sat in window due to lack of customer service. One small piece of bacon that shouldnt be counted as a piece of bacon and it was dry. I got this for a total of 8$ and change. Way to high in price for what I got. Will not be going back to this store.

La Bou used to be amazing. They're shady on the meat now. Bread tastes like cardboard. Gave 2 stars because their tomatoes bisque is always fire. This sandwich is not worth 12 bucks smh. This is like a prison sandwich.

Good food, especially pastries and soup. Close by industrial parks near Power Inn Road. Would eat here again.

This is no longer a La Bou, but they purchase the same foods for the most part, but not everything is the same. I'm going to miss La Bou though.

This La Bou near Target in Folsom has been here a long time. The quality and service never wavers..always on their game. Coffee and pastries are delicious. Sandwiches are quite varied. From standard roast beef to pesto..all really good. Husband loves the Chinese chicken salad. The soups are just wonderful. Tomato bisque and Thai soup are favs. All portions are generous.

It's nice having a place like this close to home. Prices are pretty reasonable, and so far, everything my wife and I have tried has been tasty. I wish the Chai was a bit more on the spicy side, but it is still good, and I would order it again.

The salads are fresh and tastey. The bread is to die for.
