I love all their selections of food here. I probably tried their whole menu and was never disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

Jackie should focus on only washing dishes! She is totally incapable of providing at least decent customer service.

Food is good, coffee is strong but Jackie working the front register should not be allowed to talk to customers. Why is she so grumpy? She acts like I am bothering her with my order. I work with many people who love La Bou but refuse to do business with them because of Jackie.

I'm really disappointed. I was in the parking lot getting out of my car, and my son was standing at the front door when they locked us out. Granted, it was almost 3:00, but it wasn't quite. In my experience in hospitality, if you see someone waiting in your parking lot, you don't lock them out just because you want to close up early and go home. I will not be returning to the LA Bou at this location

My friend and I went here for lunch and the food was absolutely awful. We got simple sandwiches and a side salad ($21 dollars for an awful sandwich and salad that we couldn't even eat). We both took a few bites and ended up just throwing it away. What a waste of money. I have always loved la bou, but this place was so bad it has turned me off from ever going to any of them again. Even the dill sauce was disappointing.

This place was horrible. Ordered a turkey sandwich and small salad. Took a few bites of each and then threw them both away. Didn't think it was possible to make a simple sandwich and salad so awful. And it was $21. It was a waste of money. I will not go back. This place needs to be shut down. Awful food

My husband and I just drove 25 minutes to get to this location and got there exactly at 2pm. We just needed to buy a gift card but the door was locked already. Apparently the location closes at 2pm (which is contrary to what is listed on Google). My husband told the cashier from outside that he was just trying to buy a gift card for Christmas, and they seemed amenable, but when they asked their manager, the manager wouldn’t let them sell us a gift card. Bad customer service on the part of the manager. Closes an hour early with no indication except a sign on the door once you get there. I would not recommend this location.

I love this La Bou location. The staff is always super friendly (I've gone there too many times to count). They have such a good selection of baked goods, sandwiches, soups and salads. If you've never ordered their dill and baguette -- you're missing out! Anyway, this location always goes above and beyond. Today I placed an order via Door Dash and their menu didn't allow for me to add cheese to my sandwich (which is always an additional cost) or to add a side of their delicious dill sauce to my order. I wrote a note on my DD order telling them that there was no option to add cheese or a side of sauce and they opted to include it in my order at no additional cost. Hence an example of them going above and beyond. Their hours cater to those wanting breakfast and lunch, but I think they'd get enough business to stay open into the evening hours!

I've been going to this Labou for some time now. Horrible service. Greeted by someone with a mean mugged face. Not a smile. A couple of times, I pretended I wasn't sure what I wanted to test this worker out. She sighed so loud and was so impatient. She needs to work in the back if she hates it so in the front and has poor customer service.

A very small sandwich which seemed to be on somewhat dry and crumbly bread. Very little meat or anything else in the sandwich, just puffy dry bread - $13.00 A small cup of the tomato bisque which was good - but over $8 with tax. Soup and a sandwich for $21 and it wasn't that great. Service was good, and order was correct - so I give them that. There were some people inside yelling at each other and very little being done by management to deal with it. Outside someone decided to throw sugar packets all over the place so there were about a hundred on the ground. Overall I'm not impressed and won't go back.

Horrible service when you go in your greeted by a mug face female who doesn't say hi, good morning, or even try to socialize. Why would I spend $18 on a salad with no meat and a coffee! Seriously I said Chicken Cesar Salad. That's ok I will never step foot in another La Bou Again! YOU ACTUALLY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS

The customer service here absolutely sucks. Went here 3 times within a week and every day was unfortunate enough to get the same lady at the counter. Never smiles, greets, or makes you feel welcome. Food is amazing, but that is when they have it. Even getting there at 7:30 AM they are usually sold out of croissants, makes me wonder how many they are even making. If the only problem was the sold out croissants, I wouldn't be writing this review. I have never taken the time to write a negative review like this, but seriously, this lady sucks.
