Super weak sandwich. I asked for an Italian club…. They said they have that… but all the meats are on the classic sandwich menu…. They charged me for each type of meat…. What got was two pieces of bread and meat. I did ask for no mayo…. A bit of mustard and meat…. Wtf. Clue less sandwich shop

Disaster today ordering lunch a pesto sandwich from this location of La Bou
Requested no mayonnaise on my pesto sandwich and it was smothered with mayo. Took around 15-20min wait time to receive order which was not heated just pesto spread mayonnaise tomato and lettuce between bread. Item is overpriced but location is within downtown.
Amazing customer service with a warm welcoming environment the cashier was sweet and greated me as I walked in. The location is clean and and the food was hot and fresh fully stocked with all the condiments I needed for my coffee. I was out doing some Christmas shopping this morning and decide to give this location a chance and I’m glad that I did; “DD” the customer service lady working at the time is super sweet and speaks to everyone with love and kindness a true humanitarian giving the customer service that people wish that could get every where but at least we know that at least here we are appreciated as customers. A lot of sitting areas and a bathroom available for use. I sat in front of the window and the table top bar like setting and just enjoyed the little view out the window as I sipped on my coffee and took a little me time to enjoy the peaceful environment. What a lovely atmosphere. I will return with my wife to share the experience with her.

This was a delightful breakfast venue. I ate here twice, once getting an apricot croissant and the other a chocolate one. Both times I had a tea latte with it.The quality and taste of the pastries was good and the latte was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite.
