La michoacana Plus Sacramento #2

Ok, so the bathrooms were “out of order”. Sorry, but I won’t come back to a place that doesn’t have a working bathroom. I’ve found in my trips to Sacramento/California that this is a normal practice and they say this because they don’t want to let people use the bathrooms or clean up after people. The ice cream was good, there was only 1 lady working and she worked slow, but we were in no rush until my little girl had to use the restroom. Toddlers can’t wait long so we got out stuff and left. It’s 104 degrees out and the ice cream melted fast in the car. We were going to eat in the store but with no bathroom, we had to leave. We won’t be back.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly if you don’t have a working bathroom. What kid can hold it until you get home or somewhere else??

The worst one I've ever been to ? they never have melted chocolate for ice cream, I don't know why there is always there in the others and never in this one! They will take a while to attend and with a bad face

The staff had always been friendly when I come in but they need to hire more staff. The lines are long, and there's never more than 1 to 2 people taking orders and working the register. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get an Augua fresca and a cup of fresas con crema. I hope they can hire more people because I love the antojos but the long wait isn't worth it at this point.

i had craving for corn in the cup, asked exactly how i wanted it and the young lady did it exactly, unfortunately it just seem to be missing something, not sure, maybe a bit more tajin or salt.. overall, service and food its always great

I love this place but Erica has bad customer service. My 2 year old daughter didn’t like the flavor she got and when I asked if I can exchange it Erica said she could do anything. So dissatisfied because I paid and we didn’t even get to enjoy.
