Slow service because they only have one person working there, the guy before us left because they took so long making another customers buldak which the worker messed up and forgot to add the sauce and powder packets it comes with. the raspado was way too sweet and didn't even look like the picture so it wasn't worth the price. Go to the street vendors instead or another ice cream place

If I could give this place NO STARS that would be it! This place was the absolute worst.

Very good food, definitely a little on the pricier side though. Their tequila ice cream is my favorite.

It is sol good like seeing the pictures makes in went to go their again I love it is sooooooooo go you can come here !!!!!!!

Lots of yummy treats

Came to this place because my kids wanted some ice cream. We stayed in line for a good 10 minutes and like everyone else we looked at the flavors to see what we would like. There were only two workers but as one got done with her customer she glanced at us and assisted the couples behind us. I didn’t realize it until one of my kids said again,”mom they skipped us”. So we waited and the girl who worked there just looked at us again but continued to help the couple. My kids and us didn’t feel too happy but I asked the other lady who was still helping the customer in front of me why we weren’t being help because we were next in line. And she said we had to get back in line because we were looking at the flavors and weren’t in line. They saw were in line and didn’t want to take out order. That really upset me as we were trying to be patient. My family and I felt a little racist coming here because we are Asian and coming to this store while everyone else in line is Mexican. Other customers did the same thing and didn’t had to get back in line. Why should we get back in line? How would anyone feel if they were being treated the way we did? So I told the lady it’s okay we’ll just leave rather than getting back and line to wait for out turn again because they might just do it again. Poor customer service. They seem happy when my kids and I walked out the door maybe because they didn’t want to serve us anyway. Won’t come back.

First time visiting. Customer service was amazing. The menu is full of good choices. would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed everything we ordered however I really dislike that they were not upfront about prices. No prices posted anywhere in store or online. A bit of a guessing game and didn’t know what our total would be until we were rang up. I mean yes, I could have asked but we were a 4 person party and with only 2 staff members, the wait was a little long already before us and as we were placing our order, the line was growing behind us. Understaffed like the other reviews stated but the place looks great and has a few claw machines for kids entertainment

Always understaffed employees always have an attitude like they hate being there more are they welcoming place is always dirty due to being understaffed paletas and I cream are ok but a bit overpriced and nacho chips are stale as cardboard definitely last time coming here

Ok, so the bathrooms were “out of order”. Sorry, but I won’t come back to a place that doesn’t have a working bathroom. I’ve found in my trips to Sacramento/California that this is a normal practice and they say this because they don’t want to let people use the bathrooms or clean up after people. The ice cream was good, there was only 1 lady working and she worked slow, but we were in no rush until my little girl had to use the restroom. Toddlers can’t wait long so we got out stuff and left. It’s 104 degrees out and the ice cream melted fast in the car. We were going to eat in the store but with no bathroom, we had to leave. We won’t be back.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly if you don’t have a working bathroom. What kid can hold it until you get home or somewhere else??

The worst one I've ever been to ? they never have melted chocolate for ice cream, I don't know why there is always there in the others and never in this one! They will take a while to attend and with a bad face

The lady who served me today is attentive, the only one I think, based on the signs they have regarding salary increases and consecutive price increases, the rest of the employees had to be at least kind to customers and not be pedantic and retaliate. your income.

The staff had always been friendly when I come in but they need to hire more staff. The lines are long, and there's never more than 1 to 2 people taking orders and working the register. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get an Augua fresca and a cup of fresas con crema. I hope they can hire more people because I love the antojos but the long wait isn't worth it at this point.
