The staff had always been friendly when I come in but they need to hire more staff. The lines are long, and there's never more than 1 to 2 people taking orders and working the register. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get an Augua fresca and a cup of fresas con crema. I hope they can hire more people because I love the antojos but the long wait isn't worth it at this point.

Not Good, I ordered tostielote they didn't even know what it was and when I told them they made me basically nachos I feel like they should of asked me what I wanted on it but yeah I don't recommend don't waste your time support a local street corn vendor instead

This place should shut down. We waited more than an hour and we just walked out the door. First if all, why is there always just one worker? Sure the ice cream is good but they really need more workers. The place is cool but it always has this weird smell to it.If you want to come, have fun waiting forever.

I got there a few minutes before close time and they refused to sale because it was almost 10pm. they should put a different schedule for closing like 9:30pm so that people won't go After that time. Rude people.

We have visit La Michoacana few times now, tried different foods, and every time the food falls short of good or just ok. Worse of all the high prices they don't match with what we are getting. The Fresas con Crema are terrible, how can you guys get it so wrong . The customer service was ok. No more visits for me and the family.

i had craving for corn in the cup, asked exactly how i wanted it and the young lady did it exactly, unfortunately it just seem to be missing something, not sure, maybe a bit more tajin or salt.. overall, service and food its always great

I love this place but Erica has bad customer service. My 2 year old daughter didn’t like the flavor she got and when I asked if I can exchange it Erica said she could do anything. So dissatisfied because I paid and we didn’t even get to enjoy.
