Si me atendieron bien , pero le pregunté a unos de los muchachos que si le podrían bajar a la música ya que estaba muy fuerte, y el muchacho se medio rio y nunca le bajó. Estoy segura que hasta le subió más para hacerme enojar porque se molestó que le dije. Y le quitaba la música y le subía bastante alto , siento que la forma en que se estaba comportando no era professional.

Tried coming last year was never, served stood in line about 20 min with only 2 people ahead of me. tried again today and drove 20 min to this location with again, 2 customers in front of me trying ice creams. When I tell you the lady didn’t even acknowledge us. No hello, no be with you in a moment. And proceeds to let each party try multiple flavors without even coming down our way stood there at least ten minutes when it became clear we weren’t wanted or important . So I left again and now I have no intentions of ever returning l. I didn’t want to assume it was a race issue but the vibe I got both times was very much “ we don’t wanna serve your kind” or something. Ew sad because it’s a cute place and looked delicious on paper. :(

Bad, very bad 55min. In line and I had to leave, there was only 1 employee and many people in line, more customers had already left before me, I will not return or I will think too long before returning.

This is insane!!! there was only one person serving and there was a huge line! 45 minutes waiting, definetly will have to think about coming back, the food is good but not the service...
My daughter wanted to try Tostiloco and elote was amazing. Definitely will return again and try more if the ice cream .

No price. I asked how much a mangonada is, the cashier said $8.35 for card transaction. I bought two and the total was $18.50. I said I thought you said it's $8.35 for one and he said price varies, and it depends on how fast or slow the register is; sometimes the price can be less, sometimes it can be more. And I said I don't understand, price change everyday for mangonadas and there's no set price? And he said yeah, I was like that makes no sense at all. I get it that prices can changes overtime but everyday? And it depends on the register, how fast it process during transaction. That makes no sense at all. Do better with your pricing and make sense when you're explaining the price.

I know of this place only because of my hometown of Sanger, CA I’m not sure if they are connected but my gosh this place is awesome. Great ice cream, snacks and tunes.
