We had their brown sugar milk tea, HK thai tea, and taiyaki. If you're picky and love drinking boba, you'll definitely love this place! also their taiyaki is soooo good!

This place has the best customer service ever! All of their drinks taste great, and really fair prices. I suggest paying the extra $1 dollar for the glad bottle. Because when you return, you get $1 dollar of your next drink when you bring your bottle with you.

Lazi Cow has many locations in Sacramento. This one on Howe Ave is near my work. It is in a smaller shipping center across the street from Howe ‘Bout Arden Shopping Center. The parking lot is easy to find. However, the store itself is easy to overlook even if you’re already in the shopping center!
The drinks are the same as those at the other Lazi Cow locations. It is very good. The customer service is okay. The exterior and interior are not as clean as the other Lazi Cow locations. The parking lot is big, and I don’t have problems parking my car.

Just went there today and the worker was so slow. Almost like he didn't know what he was doing. My smoothie was so plain. They don't know how to greet customers. No wonder they're struggling with money. Just a bunch of people dating eachother instead of working.

I opened the door to a place that has the smells of old cooking oil. The family and i have been eying that place for a while and wanted to try it out, but, no way was i going to wear that oder with me home. So, I opted to wait outside for them. My wife added that she couldn't wait till they received their orders so they can get out of there. Better ventilation?!
My daughter and I went once a month during our pedie date and stopped afterward to get a nice refreshing drink. Every item we choose always satisfies our pallets.
My friend and I were so excited to go to this place and we were beyond disappointed to say the least. 1. The lady who worked behind the counter had the WORST attitude. She didn’t greet us at all, and she didn’t answer any of our questions. She just stood behind the counter and ignored us. 2. The place says it opens at 12pm, why do I have to wait another 30minutes for the boba to finish to being made when it should be ready when the store opens. There is ample amount of time for the boba to be made in the morning and be fresh for opening at 12pm. I WILL not be going back to this place and I encourage others not do so unless you enjoy being disrespected, disappointed and dissatisfied.

I would never normally leave a review because I know the food service industry can be very difficult at times, but every time I’ve been here the service has been horrible, and this time I found 2 hairs in my drink it’s so sad bc there drinks are soo good but I will neverrr be going back, there are so many boba shops nowadays save your money for somewhere better!

The food and drinks here are always great! The atmosphere is always clean. But today the woman serving was by herself (im not sure if they were understaffed) I tried to make conversation with her but since she was stressed she was not interested in even smiling at the guests. I was not greeted even after greeting her. She did not acknowledge me until I stood at the register with a smile for 10min.
It just wasnt the best experience since you could tell she dod not want to be here despite me trying to be kind and engaging. I recommend extra staff or training on interracting with customers. Not bad service, just bery neutral.
