They really don’t even deserve one star! Me and my sisters wanted to try this place out but we seen had good reviews. We sat down and the waitress took our order for drinks and little later came back for our food order. While we are waiting for our food the waitress came out with the ticket and told her she was leaving for the day and she had to close our ticket for the next waitress to help us, we then thought that was weird but we paid no mind and paid any ways. Our next waitress came and took the order or my other sister because she came late not even after 5 minutes of getting her food, she brought the ticket to us ( we didn’t ask ) and said she was closing out for the day so we would have to pay ( we weren’t ready to leave nor done with our food ). We asked for the manager and he seemed to be “ in a meeting “ so we asking the waitress is we are being racially profiled because none of the other customer had to pay before getting there food ( we asked all the customers ) she proceeded to laugh and say no it’s protocol and then proceeded to say “ I heard we had some problems with you guys before so we have to make yall pay “ mind you I never been to this restaurant “ i won’t be going back either “ but it was my first time being there. So we telling her she’s racially profiling; she’s laughing and smiling like it’s funny to her. She then goes to get the manager who came out and asked what’s going on we explained to him we were being racially profiled and not okay with it! He then asked if it was about the fries he can take care of it and i said no it’s about your employees racially profiling us and making us seem like our bad people! I WILL NEVER GO BACK

My uncle Don worked there quite a few years back. Went there then and it was nice going back again. Had a party of nine and we were all happy with our meals.

Went a couple weeks ago to play blackjack saw a bartender chase a customer and yelled at the security

Nick the bartender is in need for improvement in customer service. It would be beneficial for him to handle inquiries with more patience and professionalism, fostering a friendlier atmosphere. Employee who creates a hostile work environment to not only guests but to his own staff/co-workers. In customer service work areas, employees should be more open minded to constructive criticism and be able to uphold friendly/welcoming composure. Have been here plenty of times and only times I haven’t enjoyed myself were when I was served by Nick or there when Nick in the building.

Nick the bartender short guy with a beard is known to throw temper tantrums at customers. He constantly yells at customers and throws things at them. And past weekend he threw a big fit at a friendly server who gave him a recommendation. If you’re going to go in I recommend going when this man is not there. He works Thursday-Sunday mornings.

Best food in Midtown. No bag o' lettuce salads here everything is housemade and delicious. Best burgers in Sacramento. Have the Limelite Cobb salad with bleu cheese - huge excellent! Dine in the bar and enjoy the people watching, or scan the flatscreens if evesdropping isn't your thing. Always an intense group of gamblers at the tables in the casino area.
