I ordered a butter chicken burrito and a samosa but they only gave me the burrito but I didn't realize until I walked all the way back to work.. unfortunate because this place is a bit pricey. Also the burrito had good flavor but was mostly rice and I'm not usually one to complain about lack of meat but I wasn't even sure if there was any chicken in my burrito until I got halfway through it.. I wouldn't go here again but if I did I would opt for a plate or try the samosa or pizza balls here instead. Also, this place is to go only but has a couple outdoor tables.

Didn't have the best luck today on deciding what to have for lunch. I originally settled for Hefty Gyro until I got to their supposed location for today from SacMofo and found out they were not there. I ended up at Lit Delhi and it's been a while. I ordered the Butter Chicken Punjabi Burrito from their window. The lady asked if I wanted to try their soup too. I kindly declined because it would have been a little too much food. They changed their set up since the pandemic. Before we were able to walk into a little convenience store to grab snacks and drinks along with ordering their food. Now it is only ordering food from their window. Which is fine on days where the weather was good, however it was pretty cold this afternoon. Thankfully the lady did not take long preparing the burrito. Now back to the food. The burrito was amazing. It really hit the spot even though it got a little spicy towards the end for me.

I volunteered to bring samosas to my company holiday potluck. When time came around to preparing them, I was short on time. Lit Delhi to the rescue! They were super friendly and said it was no problem for them to whip up a tray of samosas for me. Come potluck day, I was able to pick up a tray of delicious, hot samosas WITH red and green chutneys. Needless to say they were a big hit and everyone was asking where I got them.

Yummy food! I walked by this place while exploring Downtown Sacramento outside of my hotel while they were closed in the morning. I returned during lunch and had the butter chicken plate with Nan. I also ordered a samosa. Everything was mildly spicy and delicious! I plan to have lunch here again the next time I am in Sacramento.Side note: the woman at the order window was very kind. I witnessed an act of kindness and compassion while I waited for my food. It was very heartwarming!

picked up a bag from the TOOGOODTOGO App. Its designed to reduce food waste, that being said, its also designed for restaurants to bring in customers that never been there before, and again with that being said, food should be good if not great, or at least something the owner would eat. What I got was some ice cold deep fried chicken on a bed of ice cold rice. Bone dry, no kind of sauce. I thought its supposed to be hot or at least warm and ready to eat. Please see pic. End up creating more waste.

Just disappointed. $16.5 for a small plate and average taste. I wouldn't recommend that food.

Menu is now completely different, you cannot get wraps, burritos, or Naan pizza anymore. For some reason they have foccacio pizzas now. Except for samosas, I saw nothing vegan. Super disappointed

Ok this is the best kept secret but not anymore! This place is bomb. I love the soups because they have a ton of flavor and kick. They have a super fast pick up window and the owner is so sweet. My coworkers and I like to get a bunch of stuff and share family style. Samosas are also a must. I asked and she makes everything fresh each morning. She even makes turmeric ginger shots. Anyways you gotta try this place.

Worst food ever. It is an over-prized rip off. Avoid at all cost.

I was looking for a new lunch spot Downtown so I was excited when I learned about this small Indian place. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the food. I got a butter chicken plate with naan and a black mango tea. I was expecting more food, honestly, for the price I paid ($15). The two small sections were filled with butter chicken, which was tough and overcooked. Rice barely made up a third of the large section of the container. There was a small salad atop with no dressing. The naan was hard and stale. Overall, the flavor was fine. I also found it absurd that a basic black tea with some mango flavoring cost $5. This meal was not worth $20 and I don't think I'll visit again.

Worst Indian food that I ever had in my life. They don’t even serve the customers properly. Even a little kid can make a better food then the woman.
