You can tell they either hate their job or hate whatever they are exposed to on a regular. Maybe bad customers or low pay. No idea. The food was just barely edible. The fried products tasted like burned oil. The sides were disappointing and that's being nice.

I am giving you a 1 star because when I took my clients there for lunch to meet with another group. I don’t know who exactly this man was. He did not have a name tag but I assume he was the manager. He was telling my coworker something and she wanted me to hear what he had to say. Basically it seem that if we didn’t purchase at that place we couldn’t be there.I did have a client that purchased there. I’m not going to rush my clients to eat their food. Because some are a choking hazard. it basically felt like we were being rushed out of there for no reason. It just felt like the manager or whatever he was , was being rude to us. My clients and I are not coming back to this place not after what we experienced today.

This is one of the last few Long John Silver's in our region, and I hope that it stays open. Drive 20+ mins away whenever a craving hits to get fish and chicken in their great batter. This location always has great employees with kind service and the food is consistent each time. I also appreciate the pride the location has in their awards from local food safety reviews and corporate. The exterior of the restaurant, unfortunately, looks a bit tired and distressed, but I hope this location stays open long term and continues to offer their food. Would be great if the company did a bit of repainting and touchups to the store.

The counter staff truly elevated the experience. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that didn’t disappoint. Their warm approach made the meal more enjoyable, creating an inviting atmosphere that I really appreciated.
While everything was great, there’s always room for a little improvement, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. Perhaps a few more options on the menu or slightly quicker service during busy times could make it even better.
That said, I’d still gladly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable seafood meal. The quality of the food and the service is more than enough to make it a place worth returning to. If you’re after excellent seafood and warm hospitality, this is definitely a place to check out.
