Have been here a few times and 95% of the time our order comes out incorrect. Today was the worst as when I came back to pick up the rest of my order the cashier doubled down on the fact that the order was correct. Don't come here unless you wanna waste money.

I have been to this place as a kid, still brings back memories when we stopped by or when my family ate here before heading back home, were we live is ione, we don't have a nearby place like this. The food good was as good as I remember when I was a kid. I used to go to the Long John's in Vallejo with my family, but sadly, it shut down years ago. Waqas and Alex were extremely helpful when the app was having issues giving me a free basket. They went above and beyond. Very good place to eat. Very good service.

This may have been a unique experience. I can't say for certain. The restaurant was absolutely filthy inside. The staff were almost like zombies. You can tell they either hate their job or hate whatever they are exposed to on a regular. Maybe bad customers or low pay. No idea. The food was just barely edible. The fried products tasted like burned oil. The sides were disappointing and that's being nice.

I am giving you a 1 star because when I took my clients there for lunch to meet with another group. I don’t know who exactly this man was. He did not have a name tag but I assume he was the manager. He was telling my coworker something and she wanted me to hear what he had to say. Basically it seem that if we didn’t purchase at that place we couldn’t be there.I did have a client that purchased there. I’m not going to rush my clients to eat their food. Because some are a choking hazard. it basically felt like we were being rushed out of there for no reason. It just felt like the manager or whatever he was , was being rude to us. My clients and I are not coming back to this place not after what we experienced today.
