Great food. A little slow but worth the wait. It's in a little sketchy neighborhood, but with the meal.

Would have been nice if they had booth seating but other than that everything was so good. Best peeking pork around. The garlic wings were also great. Really thick with a lot of meat.

Got 70+ dollars worth of food. Sweet sour pork super dry, general chicken dry, rice dry , and found paperlike in the chowfun. Been here before and it was good but it's down hill. It smelled weird when we walked in and now sticky paper tape wrapping stuff in the food gross..disappointing and will not eat there

These Thai chili basil wings pack a punch of flavor that's sure to please any spice lover. The perfect balance of heat from the chili and fragrant basil creates a mouthwatering experience. Each bite bursts with deliciousness, leaving you craving more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty and slightly spicy treat!

I love Lotus Fusion. We have been getting Shanghai noodles, salt n pepper shrimp and mushroom chicken. Very generous portions and delicious. Been getting delivery for years but now they only offer it Thursday-Sunday. Better than nothing, I say! I'm guessing you can use door dash every day.

Ordered pickup. Didn't find out they had messed up one of my order until I had gotten home. Would've expected them to get the order right since they had the printed out receipts sent back to the cooks for the order. Wasn't worth the effort to go back to complain and then wait for then to correct the item. Lesson learned. Don't pre-tip.

Over the course of the past year, I have observed a consistent decline in the quality of the cuisine offered by Lotus Fusion. Initially, I was quite taken by their culinary prowess and was compelled to provide them with numerous opportunities for redemption, as their food once demonstrated exceptional standard.Unfortunately, my most recent order served as the final straw in my patronage of this establishment. The dishes I ordered included Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein, and a side of Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. Upon delivery, the typically tantalizing aroma associated with their fare was notably absent, a precursor to the disappointment that was to follow.Upon consumption, it became discernibly clear that the food lacked the freshness one would expect. The fried rice was unpalatably hard and exhibited an unusual dark coloration. The chicken wings were excessively dry and tough, lacking the succulence typically expected from such a dish. The Beef and Broccoli dish fell short of expectations, with the flavors not aligning with the traditional taste profile. The chicken incorporated in the Chow Mein was dehydrated, and the noodles possessed an off-putting stale taste.I promptly contacted the establishment and requested a refund, indicating the subpar quality of the food. The response from the cashier was defensive, asserting that the food was prepared fresh, a claim I found hard to believe given my experience. Upon returning the food, the owner was present but remained silent throughout the interaction.Consequently, Lotus Fusion has, regrettably, lost a loyal customer due to their compromised food quality and lack of proper customer service.

Well priced food, the food isn’t expensive compared to other places and the amount that is served to you. They are extremely generous with their portions.. and the food was fresh! A lot of flavor. I am pleased and will be back.

Garbage just like their service. “John” if that’s even his name, was unprofessional and rude. This food was so stale and the noodles were abnormally large and starchy. It tasted old! Being from Chicago, I know what good food is supposed to taste like. I can’t see how they are even getting 4 stars. The fortune cookies were even hard and stale! When I called to give feedback John wanted me to bring the food back, (after I just told him I took a picture of it in the sink) because he wanted to “show his cook” to make sure it was hard and stale. Very unprofessional! After a 7 min conversation with John I decided I wanted the name of the owner and he lied and said he couldn’t give me a name. John continued to give me the runaround and said he would contact the owner for me and call back. Lies! I just want a partial refund at least!!! Waste of my time and money!
