I used to love this place. Their food was always top tier. The drinks, service, food and atmosphere was somewhere I looked forward to every weekend. The recently changed owners and the new owner changed the menu. They got rid of their OG meals (the famous lowbrau burger THAT WON AN AWARD.) They got rid of everything that made this place what it was. I had my first date here 4 years ago and we both fell in love with the energy and the workers. The new owner should have never gotten...

I had a deeply upsetting and disappointing experience outside of LowBrau that speaks volumes about how this business responds to racism.

While parked legally on a public street, minding my own business and playing music in my car, I was aggressively approached by a group of patrons who told me to move and turn my music off. Their tone and behavior were laced with racism and entitlement—disrespectful and completely uncalled for.

LowBrau is a staple for a night out. Depending on when you go you'll get a different experience. Some nights they have house music, electric music, pop music, etc.. Depending on the dj and the night you may get a lot of people dancing or it might feel kinda dead. Their themed dance nights are so fun and I think when they are busier. Motown Monday gets very very packed but the music is made for dancing and the energy is great for meeting new people.
