Asked for a shrimp ceviche tostada and they just gave me a tostada of raw shrimp with tomato and cucumber. Ceviche is supposed to be cooked in lime juice with shrimp cut up not whole but I don’t think they know how to make it.

If I could rate zero stars I would.. this place isn’t even worthy of 1 star.ceviche is the simplest dish to make. you literally let it marinate in lemon juice to cook and they can’t even do that hahah it’s laughable.don’t waste your time

Food truck with good food. I had fish ceviche and a carne asada Taco. Ceviche came in a cup with a couple of tostadas lime wedges and ketchup packets and crackers. Taco was a street taco and grilled onions and radishes on the side. I will be going back.
