They have good food but bad customer service. Completely forgot about our order as we waited for 30 minutes then when I came in they said they forgot about us and would start I was in a hurry to get to a meeting and the front staff said there was no reason to be rude ? Who wouldn’t be upset if they were forgot about !!!

We have been enjoying Martha's Taqueria for years. We have tried SOOO many things on the menu and have never been disappointed with the food. It takes like authentic made with love Mexican cuisine.The staff is amazing, so friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience in their restaurant.

I place a door dash and I wasn’t sure my order was right so I called. A young lady named Norma helped me even though they was busy. She provided excellent customer service. Food was great love this place.

Went in for dinner & the food was just gross. I took one bite and literally spit it into my napkin. Shrimp was probably two days older than should be served, and when I told the waitress (at the register because she never came back with the check because she was too busy flirting with the guys at the bar) she was downright snarky, condescending & rude. Spoke down to me & just said, “Oh how weird. Ive been serving the shrimp all day.” No apology whatsoever. My friend had the carnitas plate, also left uneaten because of how salty the carnitas were. My first and last time here. 0/5 stars.
