I am a bit embarrassed that it has taken me so long to write this review. A few years ago, they catered by wife and I's wedding. We had first tried their food when they were just a pop-up and I fell in love with it. I immediately wanted to have them cater our wedding. From start to finish they were professional: they kept all their appointment times, food was ready when we arrived, and they even made something special for us for dessert (homemade churros!!! Every time I visit Sacramento from So Cal eating at Masa is a must. The authenticity of their flavors in their tacos are second to none! I just wish I lived local so I could enjoy it more. Chef Alex is a true culinary talent!
