Didn't accept cash. Cashier described the drink in a way that contradicted the menu, so at least one of them was deceptive. No label or announcement for drinks served. Only one bathroom for a large crowded seating area. Insufficient parking as well. Overall, a poorly implemented business.

Good coffee. 4 stars because the music was really loud, and coffee cup (drip coffee) was small and $2 for a refill. Almost $7 for 16oz of coffee felt a little steep. But it's a nice enough cafe.

Lovely coffee shop serving quality drinks and creative speciality drinks. Food is really good as well. Dog friendly so you can get your sips and pets all in one place.

I'm hesitant to say too much good, because I don't want to become popular and I might have trouble being able to get a seat here.

Mast is a good café to visit any time given the ample seating. The outdoor seating is perfect. Atmosphere in the café is decent with opportunity to chat without needing to yell. It would be cool to see a more consistent aesthetic or decor concept throughout the café to give it more of an identity since it's a little clinical inside.

The biggest issue with the design of the café is that there's no large menu or small menu pamphlets anywhere. You can only view items on a small paper (with small font) right at the register which extends wait times unnecessarily since customers can't consider their order until they're in the front. I think using the wall space for a large menu or small handouts like seen at Jack's Urban Eats or some Chipotle stores would be ideal.

The staff are knowledgeable and kind. I ordered the banana mocha which could have used bolder flavors but was made well. The presentation of the cream was pleasant and the espresso was properly balanced with the milk. I would come again and try something else.

Came here for my ladies cowork meetup. I always arrive first and scope out a table. I asked about WiFi (just connect --no password) and then ordered my coffee and bread. Could not connect. Asked staff, who said yeah the connection just goes in and out sometimes. I moved to be nearer to the router, still no connection. Staff said it just doesn't work for some people. Who knows why. I've never had a problem. I moved my meetup to another location and left. I'm still not sure if it was the router or both my computer & phone (different manufacturers). A deal breaker for me bc I am coordinating for a whole group so I need reliable WiFi. Macchiato was good. Okay Danish. I would go back for coffee, but not for work unless I planned on using a hotspot. Staff was apologetic. I think we've worked at the other Mast location without problems.

As far as drinks go, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better range of high quality drinks in the neighborhood. In all of Sacramento this is definitely in my top 3 of favorite coffee shops! The cold brew with crùme and orange zest(can’t remember the name for the life of me, is quickly becoming one of my favorite drinks in Sacramento! Definitely recommend this coffee shop.

I recently visited Mast Coffee and had a wonderful experience. I tried their latte, avocado toast, and almond croissant, and all three items were delightful.

The latte was perfectly crafted, with just the right balance of espresso and milk. It had a smooth, rich flavor that was neither too strong nor too mild.

The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, with a generous serving of ripe avocado spread over perfectly toasted bread. It was topped with a sprinkle of seasoning that really brought out the flavors. They use seasonal toppings on the toast so you would never be bored.

The almond croissant was a real treat. It was flaky, buttery.

Overall, Mast Coffee provided a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food and drink. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee shop experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
