A skewer of Persian marinated chicken with a skewer of charbroiled ground sirloin. Served with basmati rice, grilled tomato, and roasted pepper.
Joojeh Kabob
A skewer of Persian spiced marinated chicken kabob grilled over an open flame. Served with basmati rice, grilled tomato, and roasted pepper.
Chicken Shish Kabob

DELICIOUS!!! Worth every penny! The server was really good about recommendations when we asked and everything was outstanding. We had the chicken kabobs (ask for chicken thighs), rack of lamb, Mayadoon salad(the most delicious dressing EVER!!), veggie kabobs, and a trio of dips to start with, and ended with a scoop of ice cream and baklava. Dinner was absolutely "Delicious" and perfectly cooked and plated beautifully. Service was attentive. Ordered Kabobs Barge(filet beef) Chicken bell peppers & onions Chicken Soltani & ground sirloin Maydoon Salad Persian Ice Cream ** ( Must try ) (Served Family Style) We will be back !!!

This was my first time at this restaurant in Sacramento. Very nice and attentive staff, and a nice downtown atmosphere. The food is really good too. However, I’ve had better Persian food in other restaurants in Sacramento. Salad Shirazi was really tasteless. Joo Biden can be improved. Their chelo Kabab barg was good, and the Kashk e bademjoon was pretty good with fresh pitta bread. Our group felt that Gheymeh and rice were also nice.
