When I go to a place to buy something it's nice when I don't have to do the order myself. They do not take your order in the lobby. Why am I paying more money and you can't even take my order.

Went for a icecream cone and a burger. Something is wrong with the icecream maker. It was very icey and not at all creamy. The ice cream cones atOther McDonald’s locations are creamier. I will say that the burger was hot, and seemed well-made. I wish I could give them a half a star for that. Staff seem very friendly and accommodating, so kudos to the manager for that. But they got to fix that ice cream maker.

Customer service is horrible. No one spoke to me for 5 minutes while I stood inside waiting to order. Then when I asked someone to take my order she couldn’t speak English? WTH? I do not recommend going here. Very frustrating.

They made a place for orders, but they keep the orders inside. You have to wait until they pay attention. Why do this? If you don't place your order at drive thru, leave your order on the table so you don't have to waste time.

This McDonald's is a remodeled restaurant. Employees are fast and respectful.The only bad thing I noticed is that the restroom entrance area has a strong odor.

Used to be the best McDonald's in the area. Idk if it's new ownership or management but they suck now. Any soda you get tastes like all the flavors, they don't fill up fry containers, they charge for extra sauce when the app doesn't charge you, they don't give you the sauces you order through the app. The Arden one is busier but at least they don't suck
This place just got a new M put out on the light sign beginning of the day. They got good fries ? salted just right. Food is always fast and good ? also the neighborhood is a good one .

It is a McDonald's! But not all the McDonald's is the same. This is one of the good McDonald's in the area, in my opinion. They have a big parking lot and comfortable dining room, very fast service on my recent orders. The burgers, french fries, breakfast sandwiches, or soda tastes the same as the other McDonald's. Another thing I like about this McDonald's is they're usually less crowded, even at lunchtime.
