I hate kiosks! kiosk was broken today as well it took 30 min to get a happy meal. I go here a lot less because it is not a happy place anymore and super expensive.

Employees at this McDonald's location consistently err with my delivery orders? I pay the full price plus a delivery fee for the food I ordered, yet they repeatedly place incorrect and incomplete orders in the bag. What is the issue here? Please improve your service; this is ridiculous!!!
Google say open, arrive at drive thru, nobody work there….. Don’t waste time going there.
Hours listed on Google were totally wrong (said 24hrs, but closes at 1am currently according to their sign).
Waited 15 mins all for an iced coffee after of course machine wasn’t working for frappe, had to take my baby out the car to get a refund. So inconvenient n just annoyed at the situation
It's open, when you are watching in Google Maps. But when you come you realize than it's open only for cars! Even if you spend 20 minute to come by bike!
Manager was rude. When I asked why you are closed if Google Maps shows you are open? Manager only closed window rudely.

This place messes up my door dash order 2 out of 5 times each week. Sane order each time burgers , fries, and a shake, with a special add ketsup and straw...2 out of 5 times receipt even noted to add a straw and ketsup, then I get fries and no ketsup, and a shake with no straw.

Kiosks are ridiculous! Talk about getting rid of the customer service, also the shift leader literally stopped the cashier from taking my order. She told him you have to do it at the kiosk.

Picked up breakfast burritos for the team. They loved them. Ordered online and got a great deal. I'll do this again, but will call first to make sure they see the order this time.

The line in the drive thru was clear on both sides . So I had to choose which side to order from. I had options so I chose the right side of the drive thru. But then it came to me that both sides of the drive thru are located on the right hand side... Lol! Anyway it put me at the front of the line where I was greeted with one of the most Amazing Customer Experiences I've ever encountered. The young man that took my order was polite and very poised. His mannerisms and professional demeanor just shows how genuine you are . I hope you or anyone else that are drive thru super stars receive recognition for the superior customer service. The food was fresh and hot and smelled so yummy I couldn't wait to stuff my face with my perfectly salted French fries , and the deliciousness of the Mc Double. I was kindly greeted at the second window with my order ready and correct. Now it's time to grub!! It was around 9:30 pm at the Stockton and Fruitridge location in Sacramento is where I visited on 9/ 23/24 . Fast ,friendly and speedy service is what I was given so I would rate this a 4 out 5 stars. The outside could use some TLC . Thank you for letting me be part of the experience. Jp
