Trash place, I waited in the lobby for 15 mins after ordering, watching door dash and the drive thru get the food. After seeing a family that came in after me get their food, I finally asked for a refund. No apologies no anything. Ordered at 5:33p refund issued at 5:49p absolutely trash!

Went this morning because the app has coffee for .99 and that's how much I'd pay for their coffee and the two ladies talking too much gave me incorrect change (less of course) then decided to get my lil family something and not only did they have to double check my receipt but didn't even give me sauce for my four nuggets .. dammmn this place .. are you hiring?! My son is looking and would bet my life would do sooo much better especially when he can stomach this bullshit

Came here the other day for dine in breakfast. The line didn’t look too bad but apparently that was a red flag. I could not order a regular combo with substitutions. The person behind the screen did not know how to speak clearly, especially with the broken drive thru speaker. Then I get my food which is ready but not my drinks. That would have been fine except they made us wait 20 min for a hot drink. That came to the car cold just like our food. Then they bring out one drink not two. I asked for an unsweetened iced tea. I was given a large sweet tea. I paid an extra dollar for this but had to get it changed yet again. Even more time for a simple tea so I asked for a refund. They denied the refund since they were giving my tea 30 MINUTES AFTER WE ORDERED. I never have a problem with this McDonald’s but in the last few weeks it’s been a complete mess. With how expensive fast food is now you’d think the level of service would be there. I already contacted customer service but I doubt I will be getting any sort of refund.

It is what it is for a McDonalds. They have difficulty with little details with the food. The app works great, I love the free food from points/credits. The fact that cold tea/drinks are $1 plus change for any size i e meaning large.

Absolutely the worst customer service from the lady handing out the food. I ordered a happy meal and milkshake through the app. On the app it said the milkshake were available and the happy meal toy (hello kitty ninja turtle) was available as well. I get to the 2nd window in the drive thru and she tells me she can’t give me my milkshake because they are cleaning the machine. I was fine with that and asked her what I can get to compensate in place of the milkshake. She gets an attitude and says “I’m getting my manager” and shuts the window in my face. Like how are you mad because you don’t have your stuff together? The manager comes to the window and immediately starts telling me she can’t give me the milkshake and they’re cleaning the machine. I tell her it’s fine just give me frappe in place to compensate since I’ve already payed through the app. My guess is the lady lied to the manager and made it seem like I was complaining when all I wanted was something in place for the drink they couldn’t give to me. As a black woman I felt very uncomfortable. The manager agreed to make the frappe and while I was waiting I opened the happy meal to make sure the toy was inside. It was a completely different toy. When the lady with an attitude handed me the frappe I asked were they out of the hello kitty toy. Her response was “I don’t know” and dismisses me. How do you not know if you’re working here? Why did you guys have it available on the app and then tried to sneak a different toy in? To me she seems useless at this job and shouldn’t be working here. I also replaced the apple for extra fries and they gave me 5 extra fries lol in a second box. What a joke. I tried one fry and it was DISGUSTING. I refuse to eat anymore and would not allow my child too either. NEVER coming to this racist place again.

The lady with the attitude was wearing no name tag but had on gloves and a face mask, and silver hoop earrings.

Worst spot to got to.. horrible customer service 😑 cant even get refills because they keep the machine in the lobby turned off. Every order we placed on their kiosk was incorrect.
