I stopped by McDonald’s during rush hour, and even though they have two drive-thru lanes, only one was open. The line moved so slow, and it ended up being way more inconvenient than it should’ve been.

How in the world can you serve a dark brown lettuce to your customers. I was so busy eating on the go because I’m so busy and when I noticed the lettuce I was disgusted. Do you guys not care about people, what if someone has a weak immune system, I can’t believe my eyes.

This is the LONGEST drive through I have ever been in!! I wait for like 30 minutes for the smallest things like nuggets. They have forgotten things for my aunts order which killed the mood. Inside the store isn’t any better, if you try to pay with cash. Good luck getting a cashier

Very rude employees lack customer service skills and they always close off one lane in the drive-thru area what's the point of having it if it's never open I'll definitely be notifying corporate of the policies you violate daily

It's okay it was another fast meal I mean really what can one say about McDonald's usually they're overpriced but we still attending to this food I mean it's convenient and it's their right 💯 but this one in particular was actually cool because employees were amazing I gave him five stars because they had all those pills really well on my order came out nice and hot just like I wanted for breakfast and I was able to enjoy myself without having cold or messed up order it was no hassle it was free of drama there was nobody begging for me to the window and I made it very nice 👍

I ordered 4 cheeseburgers using the MyMcdonalds rewards system and instead of it going smoothly like every other McDonald’s this side of the country, they refused service because they “cannot serve more than one” when I have had no trouble anywhere else. I have been scammed out of 3500 McDonald’s points and won’t be returning.
