I went through the drive-through and this lady was incredibly rude to my mom who was driving. I feel like explanation or I don’t know communication to your customers would be better. She was heck of rude !

The manager was very rude at the counter. She got mad I wouldn't use the kiosk and insisted I wait even tho I was already waiting and being patient. Definitely won't stop here again. Especially when there are 3 others in the area.

To Manager: I would go here all the time to buy coffee. I know everyone there & they know me. One employee really quick gave me a cup of coffee Too Quick. It was a little suspicious. That was until I found out that it had lipstick on it. I didn't realize that it was too late. That I didn't catch until until I got home. The employee knew what she did. She purposely lied & gave me a cup saying it was a fresh cup when actually it was from another customer that already drank from the cup.
Great customer service. Ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce & added tomato. It was very fresh & quite delicious! I added a Frozen Caramel Frappe with 2 extra shots of espresso..Simply delicious! I will definitely be coming back!!
