To Manager: I would go here all the time to buy coffee. I know everyone there & they know me. One employee really quick gave me a cup of coffee Too Quick. It was a little suspicious. That was until I found out that it had lipstick on it. I didn't realize that it was too late. That I didn't catch until until I got home. The employee knew what she did. She purposely lied & gave me a cup saying it was a fresh cup when actually it was from another customer that already drank from the cup.

Hard to get service they want you to use the machine to order your food you can try to order it at the counter if you can get someone to ring you up if you're not standing there for an hour hard to get napkins cuz no one's at the counter they charge for extra dipping sauces refills
