First time dropping by to eat at this McDonald’s location and I am very disappointed by the amount of homeless people that comes in without buying anything. The fault smells just overwhelmed the area making dining in experience very unpleasant. The foods are over cooked and dry.

Took a little while to be waited on... kiosk wasn't working so had to wait at counter ... I just got coffee this time, bit eat here on occasion. Always clean, service is OK, food etc as expected for fast food. They seem under staffed so I understand wait.

I went to drive thru order 2 fillet fish meals no salt on fries they did anyways when you turn in to their parking lot it's a big hole on their street on their property its dangerous its going to damage someone tires and McDonald's will get sued get it covered up and fix that hole been there for over a year now that's ridiculous get it fix I went here today 1211-20 I Oder small carmel mocha and the lady took my order I had repeat it 3 times she said what 3 times that's not ok for Customer have to repeat order 3 times and for her keep saying what mangers train your staff they need to know how to talk to customers in drive thru when they are taking orders alot of them be rude and that will make me stop coming to this location and my family, and freinds I went this morning get large and small hot carmel mocha one girl at register in inside she make them Good so after she took my order she made them then this manger lady yell out count your draw while she was in middle of maki g my drinks she come from back said I make them I need for you count your draw she was rude and disrespectful she was almost done so she should of let her make them their mangers need to be train and have some respect 4/24/21 marissa dont need be manager she dont know how to talk to customers and she dont know how to make caramel Mocha dont let her make it 7/17/21i had nerve come back to this location on Nov 17th got 2 fish meals was under cook and nasty and had salt on fries and we wanted no salt I'm so done with this location nothing change I want my money back I paid $20.67

I've been coming to this location every other day for 4 months since I moved to the area because I love McDonald's food. However, every time I come here I have a poor experience at the drive through windows. Most of the people who work here are really poor with customer service and always seem to have an attitude. Asking them for something as simple as ketchup or additional condiments makes them treat you as if you're inconveniencing them. I understand that in fast food there is probably a standard of time for them to get their customers in and out of the drive through, but a simple smile or a thank you seems like it should be apart of a customer's experience. I feel like it is critical that the manager here focus their efforts on training their staff to change the customer perception.
