I tried to order the $18 bundle and was told by the representative, then Management I had to have the app to get the "bundle." I asked if they could enter in each item a la carte and discount it down to $18 (ex McDonald's employee), the way they are advertising the "bundle." The Manager told me, "No, we don't have a button on the register that will do that." 🤦🏾♀️ 20 piece nuggets, 2 medium fries, and 2 cheeseburgers for $18 advertised on the top left of the menu. Total false advertisement. Do better, stop the lies (no small print that states you only get the deal with the app), and truly be of assistance to your customers. Horrible. 0/10.

How can it take so long to bring out an order that was placed on the app ahead of time? I'll just use the drive through next time but I don't see why they offer ordering ahead when it takes longer waiting for an other placed ahead of time than to have it made normally.

I placed an online order for my coworker to pick up since I was currently at work already. The money was taken from my account but my coworker was unable to pick up the order because my phone had to be "in radius" even though she had the order confirmation. So she had to place a whole new order and when I called the store they tried telling me I had to physically come to the store to get a refund instead of letting me know I could simply go on my app and cancel the order to get a refund. There were much better ways to handle the situation and they made it as hard as possible.

If I could I would rate it zero stars just for tonight they closed early for no reason I got there at 6:30 walked in the rain I saw another costumer wanting to get in as well and then I saw the worker with his keys and I asked if he was closing early and that I just got there in the rain mind you drive through was open and he said yeah closing so I walked away but then he let the other guy in which makes no since so I walked all the way back home and gave them a call and they flattengly hung up on me I called again no answer

Because there are a lot of homeless people there that go in McDonald's they still need to give everyone Respect no matter who they are and they don't. The food when you order and want something like you don't want onions they still put it on. So my advice is I don't think I wouldn't go back. But that's on the person. Thank you

Disgusting coffee, wouldn't even drink it, threw it away, sorry for the 4 dollars spent. I bought my favorite mocha and got bitter black coffee without sugar and cream, I will never come back here.
It's very dirty and there are too many homeless people. I'm not coming back

This was by far the absolute best McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my 37 years of living. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a 20 piece nugget and a large sweet tea. The cashier Amelia was so delightful and pleasant to talk to. Her words made my day. The server, Hector was so polite and did his job pitch perfectly. My food was delightful and I enjoyed it so much. The kind words from these 2 individuals made me happy cry while I stuffed my fat face LOL. Overall best experience I’ve ever had and would go again just for these 2.
