This has to be the slowest and worst McDonald in the area. Even though this McDonald is the closest to my house, I will drive to the other one on Florin. Homeless people at/near the window when you order. And the food be cold. You have to let them know you want fresh out the fryer or you will get fries that seem like they been sitting all day. Horrible!!! Where is the manager

Our family loves McDonald's. This particular restaurant couldn't get it right the other night. They screwed up almost the whole order. The girl at the window who hands you your food handed me 4 medium drinks when I had ordered two medium drinks and two large drinks. I told her that I ordered to large combo meals and that the drink order was wrong. She tried to tell me that when your order large combo meals that only means the fries and that you have to order the drinks separately. WHAT!?!?! She ended up changing the drink order to my specifications but WTH? Then I come to find that the 2 spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches that I ordered were plain. Only 2 pickles on each. I paid over $50 for this dinner and was so disappointed that I'd already driven away and so I just decided to eat this dry spicy sandwich. I'll pull over next time and check the order before I drive away.

We ordered 3 meals 2 happy meals with apple slices neither came with them and they didnt bother to say anything or substitute it for anything else so we drove off before realizing. They didnt even give any napkins which sucked especially having kids trying to eat on the go. I wish they would put more care into their service these little details matter.

I really do hate to leave a bad review for McDonald's because I have been a general manager at what so I know how things go. Unfortunately I also know how food should come out as well and I literally just went through the drive-thru and was handed and ice cold old pie. They told me that they didn't know if I they had any and then after about 5 minutes of looking they handed me one and said have a nice day miss and shut the door real quick. I knew the pie was cold immediately because the box was cold, so that means that the pie sat out too long after being cooked and just sat there and was never boxed they probably just scooped it up off of a tray in the back and it's probably been sitting there for about 15 minutes or so. That I know is not how it I should go out. I should have been told that they don't have any and if I wanted cookies and stuff because I told him I would gladly take cookies if they did not have any. It just frustrates me because no matter how short staff you are or if you're training or anything the quality of food hand it out should not be affected. Food sitting out too long especially should not go out. I think I've learned my lesson and that is to not get pies at this location because unfortunately this is the third pie in 6 months that has been icicle when I got it. So whatever manager recess please just train your grill people better to make sure that they are boxing up pies within 3 to 5 minutes of them pulled out of the oven and yes you can box a hot pie because I did it for years and I trained employees to do that for years. Also if the manager needs to know when I went through the drive-thru it was on September 3rd at about 5:15 p.m.
