No body ever comes to the counter to serve customers anymore unless you scream, Hello??!! They stay in kitchen area and want everyone to order from the machine in the lobby and alot of elderly people don't know how to use it can't see well and have cash!! I don't know what happened to McDonald's but custom service isn't Thier number #1 priority anymore sadly.

I tried to order the $18 bundle and was told by the representative, then Management I had to have the app to get the "bundle." I asked if they could enter in each item a la carte and discount it down to $18 (ex McDonald's employee), the way they are advertising the "bundle." The Manager told me, "No, we don't have a button on the register that will do that." 🤦🏾‍♀️ 20 piece nuggets, 2 medium fries, and 2 cheeseburgers for $18 advertised on the top left of the menu. Total false advertisement. Do better, stop the lies (no small print that states you only get the deal with the app), and truly be of assistance to your customers. Horrible. 0/10.

How can it take so long to bring out an order that was placed on the app ahead of time? I'll just use the drive through next time but I don't see why they offer ordering ahead when it takes longer waiting for an other placed ahead of time than to have it made normally.

I placed an online order for my coworker to pick up since I was currently at work already. The money was taken from my account but my coworker was unable to pick up the order because my phone had to be "in radius" even though she had the order confirmation. So she had to place a whole new order and when I called the store they tried telling me I had to physically come to the store to get a refund instead of letting me know I could simply go on my app and cancel the order to get a refund. There were much better ways to handle the situation and they made it as hard as possible.

If I could I would rate it zero stars just for tonight they closed early for no reason I got there at 6:30 walked in the rain I saw another costumer wanting to get in as well and then I saw the worker with his keys and I asked if he was closing early and that I just got there in the rain mind you drive through was open and he said yeah closing so I walked away but then he let the other guy in which makes no since so I walked all the way back home and gave them a call and they flattengly hung up on me I called again no answer
