My blood sugar was low we went into the right lane, where a woman began to take our order. She said hold on a minute. Another car pulled up unsettling someone took their order and the other lane. It took a while to take our order, then they received their food and left. We had to wait what it felt like 10 minutes on eternity just to get a couple of sodas so I can raise my blood sugar. When I mentioned it to the guy, a manager at the window that we had been there first he just waved me off and ignored me. I have contacted corporate. We sold our stock from this company earlier in the year because of bad service like this!

Arrived at 7:30am, website says dining room open at 6:00am. Doors locked, but one customer inside drinking coffee. Called store and spoke with supervisor "Francisco" and advised that I was standing at the door and the hours posted on the website. Manager hung up on me!!!When the doors were finally opened I ordered at the Kiosk because a sign at the register said I HAD to. (??)When I received my order I asked the manager his name, he replied "one second" and disappeared into the back. After about 5 mins I asked another employee and she said his name is "Francisco".Doors don't open on time,Manager hangs up in you,Manager refuses to identify himself.

I ordered on the app. Seeing the drive thru line as long as it was, I should have walked in. Instead I went into the drive thru and the food was luke warm because it took about 15 minutes. The lady behind me left without paying or getting her food. I know She was mad because I at least got food for the 15 minutes I was there, she got nothing. I don't blame the employees though, maybe not enough people on the schedule, seeing as they were taking payments at the 2nd window.

This place I don't know why they still open I went and order ice cream cone from this place every single cones have a bite on it and when I went and talk to the manager he said it's not a bite it's just the cone that looks like that so is that mean you guys serve a bite cones to the customers cummon now very unhygienic please shut down and go home.
I've had a nice simple experience every time I've been to this McDonald's on Florin. Last time the manager came running out to make sure I got my cookie for donating. Seems pretty cool to me.

They close their doors early like as soon as it gets dark, they have 2 drive thru but ONLY 1 open, all the time, takes forever but food is cold or orders not fullfil correctly... I even try curbside but still get it wrong and food is not cook, cheese not even melted and waited 10 mins .... This has happened several times.... Not going here again
