Not even a fast food place have to wait 30 mins in drive through for a couple sandwiches (not the first time they never have their prep done), dont go on any lunch breaks or if you want something quick you'll waste your whole time waiting and don't get a chance to eat, burger place across gets stuff out in a timely manner and taste a lot better.

If you’re going to charge me for sauce at least put it in the bag. I even asked if they gave me sauce and they said yes and then I got home and it wasn’t in there. Nice

Drive thru speaker muffled when McDonald's employee was taking order.My order was missing contents for the oatmeal bowl I ordered and no napkins,utensils. Small mistakes like this are unnecessary. Someone clearly wasn't doing there job properly.

Some of us older generation don't understand the screen. Touch ordering process makes it very difficult. When you go to the counter lack of service, you still have millions of older generation that don't understand that new technology

I ordered and paid from a kiosk for the first ti.e. it was a different experience. They were busy and I had to wait more than 5 minutes, but the food was fresh and good.
