Drive thru speaker muffled when McDonald's employee was taking order.My order was missing contents for the oatmeal bowl I ordered and no napkins,utensils. Small mistakes like this are unnecessary. Someone clearly wasn't doing there job properly.

Some of us older generation don't understand the screen. Touch ordering process makes it very difficult. When you go to the counter lack of service, you still have millions of older generation that don't understand that new technology

I frankly don't like the service in this restaurant chain, but if we talk about this particular establishment, then surprisingly, the staff pleased with the speed of service, both when ordering in the hall and on line, and the quarter pounder looked great! thank you!
