Bought the Tiny TAN Happy Meal! Love BTS! GOT ALL 7! Stickers are so cute, apples packaging, and the Throwback edition is so cute!

Fast and friendly service
Been here many times. This is the worst location! And I love McDonald's. But how am I supposed to eat with my hands if I can't wash them? The bathroom is always out of soap. There are many more problems: dirty tables, broken kiosk, no one to take an order when the kiosks are broken, wrong orders, etc. Drive through or pick up might be better. Just don't go inside!

Walked in, no one in the dining room, no one in the drive through. Ordered a basic meal on the kiosk, because the abuela behind the counter was giving me a glare. Everyone behind the counter was in a group laughing and joking while I sat there. 3 min later, I get my drink shoved at me (no straw) at 5 min, I was walking out when they handed me my food. This location is the worst. Will never return. I was very hungry and needed food. I guess I interrupted the break they were all on. No hope for improvement.

The food was mid and it took quite a long time to make. There is also no unlimited soda and have to pay extra for extra sauces. The place looks brand new but all of the tables are really dirty. The Kiosk was not working well too. No receipt was given to me and I was not able to pay on it.

For is not was it was everything has significantly turned micro & were paying more! These millennial workers get paid more than they deserve, servicing customers in a disrespectful manner & the work ethic sucks .

I had a disappointing experience with the coffee at McDonald's on New Year's morning. I ordered a large coffee and specifically asked for five creamers and two teaspoons of sugar. Unfortunately, the coffee still tasted very unpleasant and was not enjoyable at all. Given the rising prices, I expected better quality. Overall, it felt overpriced for the poor taste and experience.

Gotta be one of the worst McDonald’s in the city, even ordering on the app is a pain at this location.

Not only was the spicy mccrispy more expensive than I feel it should be, the one they gave me was undercooked. Couldn't eat it. Rating the food and service low because of this.
The problem is no one is at the cashier and even when they see you waiting they don't acknowledge you; until you tell them hello is there anyone at the register. They then tell you to use the kiosk. I told them that I have cash and then someone came and helped me. The fillet-o-fish was supposed to come with an entire slice of cheese; instead they cut the slice of cheese in half and serve the fillet-o-fish with half a cheese. I will NEVER, EVER return back to that McDonald's; even though they are next to my college (Sacramento State University).

2. The lady was unhelpful and very confusing and when she told me to change pickup on the app she didn’t show me how! She just left and never came back. There is literally no way to do it when you already placed the order literally no button in sight. Anyways it was just annoying and frustrating
What ever happened to the rule of you wouldn’t eat something don’t serve it to someone else. This was hard as hell and you can see it’s not fresh… never going back there!!!
Went through the drive thru and had to call for service several times before anyone answered. Service was very slow and I was the only one in the drive thru. When I got my food and got home immediately no more than 3 minutes away my fries and fish fillets were ice cold!! Terrible!!
