Bad Service! Ordered Happy Meal 6 nuggets and what was inside the nuggets box was 2 pieces of Hamburger Patties- like what presence of mind please! Staff needs more training especially regarding customer handling and response. They need to learn customer care which they obviously lack.

Ordered and paid through McDonald’s app a little after 9pm. Pulled into the drive thru at 9:20pm and waited almost 2 minutes with no answer. After pulling up to the window, a worker was yelling through the closed window stating “they were closed.” And then just walked away after trying to grab their attention. Very disrespectful and do not understand how the manager is ok with running a business like this.

My food was not very fresh. I can tell it sat in the warmer for roughly 30minutes. If the focus was more on the quality of food verses drive thru speed it will be almost excellent.
No stars if I could. This is the 3rd time I’ve come here in the last 2-3 months, in the evening time, where I have sat in the drive thru for 20+ mins waiting on a happy meal. The drive thru worker doesn’t say anything or let us know what the hold up is. There is no apology for the wait. Tonight we got home and there was no meat in the cheeseburger… I tried to call and nobody answered. It was too much work to go all the way back. Just very disappointing service.
